Waterfront vacation rentals in Cayman Islands

We enjoyed our stay at Winter Haven! Absolutely loved being a few steps away from the ocean, we wish it would’ve been a little cleaner of a beach but that isn’t the owners fault that’s due to the constant waves bringing in weeds. It still was very accessible and soft sandy ground to walk on in and out of the water. Neighbors all kept to themselves and it felt quite private and very safe! The only thing I wish we would’ve had closer was restaurants and stores but it wasn’t a game changer by any means, we would 100% recommend this place to others!

I had an amazing stay! Coralie was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The place was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch—once I arrived, I didn’t feel the need to leave. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be staying again! Highly recommend

We had a great time at Mario’s place. It is very spacious with great views. It had everything we needed to make our own meals. It was great that they have the lagoon to swim in since it was a bit windy the days we were there. Overall beautiful place.

This home is AMAZING! Beyond perfect for our large family vacation! Even more stunning than the pictures!!!! The kitchen….not only perfectly setup…it was the center of everything for us! Loved all the en suite full baths….and we’ve NEVER been to an airbnb that had more special touches!!! Erin was above and beyond…she even fills the fridge…special treats for us… All the bathrooms filled with great products…everything was AMAZING! Be sure to go to Nova right next door…cool resort with fab bar and pool…and the food was our def fave! Divetech is also located there for all your scuba needs. It’s all just steps away from the condo!

We had a wonderful stay in Unit 5 at Paradise Point! This unit is closer to the ocean, offering a beautiful view right from the living room window and out the front door. While the bedroom and bathroom are a bit smaller compared to other units our family stayed in at paradise point in the 4-plex building, the cozy space was still comfortable and well-maintained. The living space was great for a restful night’s sleep, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Mary was an amazing host—kind, welcoming, and attentive. The location was perfect, offering a quiet retreat while still being just a short drive to the Seven Mile Beach area. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here and we felt it was again worth the money. And, the feedback shared our first stay was implemented making the experience even better, thanks for listening to your guests!

This was our second stay at Shelly’s place, Rum Cove, and it won’t be our last. From the easy access to Rum Point, to the kayaks, and to the peaceful surroundings, we couldn’t have been happier. Rum Cove is a perfect place to really reset and is far removed from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach. Until next year!

Ms. Julie was absolutely the best host and very cool. she was friendly and kind. very responsive with and provided helpful information on what to do in a timely manner. all around great host. i recommend 100/10. super peaceful spot to refocus your mind and enjoy the silence for a while. especially if you and your partner wanna enjoy the quiet. close to areas that you and your partner can enjoy time out together.

Great space for two families visiting this wonderful island! Walking distance to the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the new year at Peter’s getaway! It was a nice touch to have the kids beach accessories and games available. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a 10 star stay! The location is idealic and perfect- ten minutes away from the action of Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach, yet peaceful and serene. The lull of the waves was mesmerizing and we loved hanging out in the pool while staring at the sea. The home was super clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities you could want and groceries are nearby. The couch is huge and we enjoyed the living spaces, both indoor and outside. It was hard to leave! Chelsea and Cory are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and we hope to return!!

We (two couples)spent 11 nights at Casa Avi; it was magical! There are two master bedroom suites, which is ideal when traveling with two couples. We spent a lot of time on the lower level with all the doors open; the ocean breeze made it very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, except a drip coffee pot, which we really missed. We made the 25 minute trip to Seven Mile Beach many times during our stay, learning quickly to pay attention to busy traffic times. The Stingray/Snorkel Tour and the Cayman Crystal Caves Tour were highlights of our trip. There is no shortage of restaurants on the island ~ Tillies, Ms. Piper’s Kitchen & Garden, Tukka (Taco Tuesday), Lucca (for Sunday brunch), Macabuca Oceanside Tiki Bar & Grill and Casanova were a few of our favorites. Also, HIGHLY recommend Anytime Wellness for a massage or other spa services; you can’t beat the prices and it was the best massage we’ve ever had! Daniel was very responsive to any questions or needs we had:)

We had the most amazing 5 days at the Hideaway beach house in Little Cayman! We loved swimming and snorkeling every day at the Point of Sand beach. Cooking was so easy and fun with everything at your fingertips in the beach house kitchen. Once the food was ready, we would take it outside and enjoy the sunsets on the porch with gorgeous views of the ocean. At night we would do a little stargazing and then every morning a rooster would come for a visit and give us a wakeup call :) We felt so far away from everyday stress and bustle of a big city. Our only regret was that we should have booked a longer stay.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Kate & Nick’s beautiful property! The outdoor space right on the beach was our favorite part, but the entire place was fantastic. The location was perfect. It was away from the crowds but convenient to everything we wanted to do. Kate & Nick were great as well, quickly responding to each of our inquiries.

Julia’s home is one that we will never forget! It was just perfect for our needs. We loved the location as it was private but not far from any part of the island that we wanted to explore. The home has absolutely everything that you might need for cooking, swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, relaxing, and even grilling! We also appreciate all the towels-bath and beach! Julia has attended to every detail and has Derwin (the local property manager) available to assist if needed. He met us at the airport and made sure we were settled in. He responded to one problem we had immediately. He is GREAT! Also, Julia quickly responded to every question we had with speed and good humor. We highly recommend staying in her home. We will definitely return!

Very peaceful place to stay. You can walk in and snorkel and or dive right off the beach at Krista’s home. All the outdoor furniture was very comfortable! We loved the dining room table and the chairs around the table very comfortable. They rocked!!! Also, the kitchen was fully supplied with dishes and bakeware!! Krista had games for us to play !!! Washer and dryer were a nice amenity. Coffee pot was used daily!!! The birds visited us on porches each day. We loved the chickens and roosters and their babies!!! We fed the cat but never saw him/her!!! We will be back…..

The space was perfect for what we needed. We loved the location. It was peaceful and the community boardwalk was perfect for sunrises and sunsets! Cayman Island Brewery was just a two minute drive and an awesome spot to hang out and meet locals.

Kenesha’s place was completely as advertised. We loved the location away from the crowds but close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, and resorts. The place was spotless, with a well appointed kitchen and wonderful screened in deck facing the ocean. The pool and hot tub were right on the ocean and many times we had it to ourselves. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

Loved staying here! It was exactly as described and the photos matched. Super clean and had everything we needed. Loved waking up to the gorgeous sunrise and view. Short 3 minute walk to Kaibo restaurant and the water taxi was great! Rum Point Club was a 5 minute drive. Loved this condo and location. Relaxing and peaceful. We will be back!

We loved our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for, quiet and a beautiful beach. Seven mile beach area is a great central location and near the airport. The condo was perfect!

The place is great and spacious, hosts have thought of everything from extra sunscreen, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to olive oil and S&P for cooking. Really appreciated access to paddle boards and they were easy enough to carry across the street to the beach. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great for our family of 4, we felt very comfortable. Lots of nice updates throughout and everything g worked as expected. No issues! We rented a car to get to different parts of the island so didn’t do a lot of exploring in the immediate area other than walking along the beach.

We had a great girls trip to Caymans! This condo is gorgeous and near everything. We did not need to rent a car as the airport is only 10 mins away and location is walking distance to restaurants, beach, coffee places. I will definitely come back again.

Alfanzo was wonderful to work with and responsive to any question or needs that we had during our stay. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and kitchen fully stocked. Private beach was awesome and included everything we needed for a relaxing day at the beach! The entire staff was amazing and we highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!!

We only got to stay 1 night but this was an incredible way to book end our trip to Grand Cayman. The home was pristine, Brent and his team made check in and out so seamless, and the place is in the perfect location. You can see the beach from the balcony and with just a few steps away you will have your toes in the sand. I would 100% stay here again if we get the chance to come back to the island.

David & Lee’s apartment was perfectly appointed, everything had it place and was labeled. The apartment had everything we needed but yet it was not cluttered. The beds, couch, balcony were cozy. They were extremely clear with check in/out instructions, information about restaurants and activities. There happened to be a tsunami watch while we were there and David called us to ensure we had the flashlights - just in case! We didn’t need the flashing! The Island felt safe and people were welcoming.
