Great place! Loved the accommodations and the location. Easy walk to anywhere on island. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at Laurie's place! Everything was as it appeared in the pictures. It was relatively easy to find. We decided to walk there from the airport, but a ride was offered to us from the property manager. From where the ferry lets off, you would need to arrange this ride, as it's too far to walk with bags comfortably. Laurie was very responsive, and the property manager, Celvin, met us just after we arrived. He gave us some great recommendations and was very friendly. We were given access to the four bikes at the property, which come with combination locks. The bikes were in good shape. They were exactly the same style as 90% of the bikes on the island. Single gear with coaster brakes (pedal backwards to brake). They're perfect for getting around the island. It takes only about 5 minutes by bike to reach the majority of restaurants and shops. While technically the property is not centrally located, we didn't find the location inconvenient at all. Would stay again!

This place feels so clean and comfortable! They had everything you need and a washer which is lovely because clothes do get dirty. The airport was right next door but the flights stopped before it got late so it was a great night sleep. The beds are comfortable and clean. The ac worked strongly and felt great. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this stay.

Better than expected. Private rooftop. Pool shared with only one other unit. Lots of pool floats. Dock and beach area. We were able to arrange pick up and drop off right at our dock when we did a snorkeling or fishing trip the front desk helped us to book. Great restaurant next door that shares the dock. It’s a little further south than the main drag with all the traffic and shops so renting bikes or a golf cart helps get around a little faster, but it’s was really nice to be away from all the hustle.

Our group of 6 really enjoyed our 3 nights at Bonitas Black Pearl. House had plenty of room and we spent most of our time on the back deck. Israel was very helpful and even booked us a golf cart that was waiting for us at the airport. I would highly recommend this house.

It's our second time staying here and will definitely be back. It was perfect for 9 of my family members. Jamal took care of us! Pool was clean and cold. Definitely recommend. If you have more than 9 people, be sure to ask Sharilyn for recommendations next door. Great communication from Sharilyn and Jamal.

Carlos is an incredible host! We really felt at home here! It was quiet and peaceful! Not too far of a walk from town and everything felt safe. We really didn’t want to leave. The pool was refreshing for a day away from the busyness of town. So glad we had a full house since we stayed a full week! Pro tip: take Carlos’s catamaran tour for the full experience of Caye Caulker!

Hosts were so helpful with making transport arrangements and very responsive with all needs! Location was perfect for us- just a short walk from the busier/noisier areas of the island- felt like we were right in the beautiful nature. Host pictures/description were very accurate - did not disappoint at all! While there is no air conditioning- the air circulation, shady surroundings and fans were great for us for enough of a “cool down” in the evening. Would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a cute, rustic beach getaway that makes you feel immersed in the Belizean island culture.

A perfect spot to stay at in Caye Caulker. Right by a super quiet beach in a quiet alley. Kids could just run to the beach on their own. Super close to everything. We rented a golf cart for our time mostly for ease and for fun and bc our kids are smaller but this house is within walking distance to everything, it’s a small island. Yard fenced in, that part was cool. House was great! Big and open, a full kitchen with all the things you’d need. We ran out of gas at one point and they were on it and sent the sweetest dude over to fill it for us. We loved Alvin :) and our host was great. One last thing (doesn’t have anything to do with the house, I just wish I had known this!).. the sand fleas are BRUTAL on Caye Caulker so if you’re sensitive to bug bites, slather your legs with oil or repellent oil and it will keep them from getting you. My bites were 10x itchier than mosquito bites!! They’re invisible little demons on the beaches there. Be aware. Get this house! You’ll love it

Great place to stay - walkable to everywhere on the island. Host was very communicative.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The studio apartments are very tastefully and thematically decorated. The king sized beds were super comfortable. The bathroom is really fun with pebble stone tiling. Crisp clean bedding and fluffy towels. We really lacked for nothing. It felt more like staying in a higher end hotel than an airbnb. The AC units were powerful. It is also in a quieter part of the Caye. We made good use of the bikes. Consider renting a golf cart a couple doors down from Go Slow. We loved the flexibility of some going on bikes and some on the golf cart. Feeding the rays at Iguana Reef was a HIGHLIGHT (3:30-6pm). Tarpon feeding is an experience too. Highly recommend Caveman Snorkeling- full day. We have snorkeled all over the world and this was definitely one of the best experiences. We loved Reina's grill for dinner (just a 3 minute walk away). You can also buy a drink at Magic Island and enjoy their spot for sunbathing. We do recommend the side streets for food.

The place was great, private locked yard with a pit for cooking. Before the Bahia so easy to get to every place on foot. Space was clean and everything worked. AC is extra, but the place didn’t get overly hot.

We had a great time ! The property is a 2 story single family home with 3 separate bedrooms with its own bathroom on upstairs and one bedroom with its own entrance door & kitchen and bathroom downstairs which worked perfectly for 4 of us (adults). Also it is equipped air conditioner. Vacasa has provided great service for timely response and resolution to our requests such as -Maintenance request -Local travel arrangement Highly recommended.

During our stay the owner stopped by the property and we had the pleasure to meet him and his brother-in-law. The property had a lot of local fruit trees that they educated us on and let us try. The house is right across from a local store and convenient for food, snacks, and drinks. The place was peaceful and we enjoyed the hammocks on the porch. Everything was exactly as described.

Peaceful surroundings, well kept garden, the place was clean and spacious, equipped with basic amenities. There are many places on Caye caulker with loud and busy surroundings. This place was very quiet with only the birds singing, which was greatly appreciated .

We had a great time at Bobbi’s. She was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Lucrecia was a gracious hostess even setting up safe transportation from the airport to the front door which I didn’t even know was a thing. She answered every question and more quickly and thoroughly, and provided anything we needed. We would love to stay again.

It was exactly what we wanted - six friends with a separate bedroom for each of us, away from the tourists and activity on the south side. Nice kitchen and common area, and the place has its own pier so you can get picked up by water taxi basically by just walking out the door. Was a little touch and go getting connected with the on-site crew, but once we did everything went smoothly. They did fine with check in and check out.

The location was great! Walkable to the busy part of town with the restaurants and bars. A couple minutes to the Oceanside where the walk up the island to Ice and beans for coffee was wonderful. Was nice to have the option to rent bikes with baskets for our groceries. Loved that the yard is full of trees which had an abundance of birds and a couple of iguanas. Love to sit on the balcony in the morning with my coffee and bird watch. Hammock is a nice touch. Levita who checked us in was friendly and super helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay at the Blue Lotus if we were to return.

Luis and Lucrecia were very helpful they had taxi pickup arrangements from airport and on the island, they gave us lots of tips on things to do while we visited. The space was very quiet at night and during the day, if you are a bird lover you can just sit on the porch and watch the birds all day. The bikes that that they provided was great to have as we used them to get around, no need for a golf cart. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was everything we needed to unwind and disconnect. We really enjoyed Suggestions Gourmet (which is right around the corner from house) and Em's Hideaway (more in town) for some great meal options.

This place was amazing! We loved the location and quick access to so many restaurants, stores and shopping! The house is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed anywhere in Belize and that’s after 4 times traveling the entire country. You won’t be disappointed and Gil is an awesome host! Make sure to get a reservation at Pasta per Caso ( best food we had on island ) get a smoothie at Smooths, pineapple chicken quesadilla at Barefoot Bar down the road!
