Excellent location and very safe place, the house in excellent condition and everything very in order with all amenities

Perfect stay. From Manta we traveled, I karaoke with my panas, the check-in was everything correct and so they were pending if we needed something; they lent us a speaker and we felt right at home! Without hesitation I would go back! My friends and I were delighted with the place ✅🤍

Susana's house is beautiful, modern, safe, very spacious, the beds are very comfortable and everything was spotless. But other than that, it's located in a very nice place, with a spectacular view. Susana is a great host, she is very nice, she was very attentive to our inquiries, she gave us very good recommendations of places to eat and even gave us a delicious coffee. We will definitely be back.

The place was very nice what I worried was the water temperature was perfect super hot and the weather collaborated on us, it's a nice property!

I was for visiting Ecuador for work and stayed a bit longer than a week in Quito. Cumbaya is a great area and was able to find and purchase all necessary items for a calm stay at the apartment. On top of all, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a parking spot. I was really feeling like at home away from home.
