Great stay! We had a wonderful stay at Cham’s place! While the unit may not be the newest, it has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including plates, utensils, and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. The place is situated in a very peaceful neighborhood, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. What truly made our stay special was the ambiance. It felt like a cozy, foggy day in Baguio but in Tagaytay. The cool weather and light rain created a serene and relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm, charming getaway with great vibes!

I only stayed for one night and the couple, who are the care takers of the unit were the most pleasant and considerate people you've ever met. I thank them for being patient with us. especially since we got lost going to the place. and they remained accommodating and professional. I hope to stay for longer next time. and i might opt to live here again. the price was definitely worth it.

Good place to stay. Clean and Tidy. Checked in late but they can still be reached to ask for help for checking in. The place ask about a lot in checking in so its better to ask the owner what are the requirements before checking in to avoid any hassle. Aside from that we had a great stay. Would recommend 100%

I booked Dee's place twice because it's the perfect accommodation for my family members who are also staying nearby. Dee is the ideal host. She is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The place is spotless, it smells good which is what I like. She made sure the guests were comfortable and convenient during their stay. We stayed for a week and a housekeeper comes every three to four days to make up the room. Linens and towels smell fresh and clean. Wi-fi is fast so I was able to work remotely without issues. The layout and design of the unit are ideal. There's ample space for relaxing, sleeping, eating, and working. I would definitely book again on my next visit to the Philippines and will recommend it to others who would need a place to stay near the airport, Makati and Paranaque. Thanks Dee.

Truly amazing spot! Honestly, I would rate this place a 1000/10. Excellent host, and the place is lovely. You get exactly what you see in the photos.

Cham provided guest kits, slippers, water, coffee, hot choco, dishwashing liquid plus sponge and handsoap. The internet was strong with netflix. Queen bed with pull out. Free street parking. It was very convenient with hair dryer, hot water, steamer. The aircon was working fine. Nice place to chill, very peaceful, walking distance to windmill restaurants. The place is at ground level, and you can see the andersen bakery across the street. Highly recommend.

Definitely will book again. Just a few comments malinis naman ang unit although we had a very minor concern with the bath towels and napansin ko yung bed sheet and pillow covers need pa improve yung cleanliness. Pero super lambot ng bed and comfy sarap matulog. But overall, it was a great stay! we enjoyed our stay! Super responsive si host as in.

Host was very responsive and staff was accommodating. Place is easy to find and a lot of good restaurants nearby, it’s a plus that they have a very good parking spot. Unit was great, towels and guest kits were provided as well which is good. We had a great time staying at the place and will def book again in the future!

ms christy is the nicest host ever. just the customer service she has is a 100/10 already. i have to check in super late at night & still waited for me. which i really appreciate. her place was also super clean and the location is also very convenient — just a few meters from the mall with a 7 eleven right downstairs. plus the free parking space was a huge bonus as not everyone has it. highly recommended this place for a hassle free and comfortable stay. i'll surely book this place again in the future!!

Overall stay was good, clean room and comfortable bed. Hindi nga lang nasusunod yung quiet time talaga.
