Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Caucasus Mountains

The place is amazing, there are no questions. But in the off-season, as it turned out, there was very little work on the territory itself, there was no animation, the water park worked only one day until our children arrived, and then we needed at least 15 people, the Moroccan hookah restaurant did not work although they promised every day that "tomorrow", in general, if you want some activation, then you need to come in season. That this will not be, unfortunately I did not know

The apartment and Elena were amazing in equal measure. The apartment was exactly as listed and everything was perfect, Elena was also very responsive to all my questions and requests. I could not recommend the apartment any more and should I be back in Tbilisi, I would check for availability with Elena first.

I’m r was a big pleasure staying at Maris place. The location is superb, the old town quite street. The apartment is perfect for family with 2 kids, since it has separate beds. Everything we needed was provided. The appartement is well kept. And this is may be 20th appartment in Batumi’s where we have stayed and I definitely say it is the best. Definitely will consider coming back!

Maia's place is at the very top of any of our airbnb stays. It is spotless clean, perfectly maintained (it is newly remodeled). It is actually nicer in reality than in the pictures. Nice amenities, including a Nespresso machine, and an excellent location, walkable from anything of interest - the old city, the beach, restaurants etc. Maia is a kind and responsive host. Our incoming flight was delayed - we texted her and she met us *very* late (and also advised us about taxi price). Our departing flight was also delayed, and she let us stay late. Overall we had a great vacation and really loved the apartment!

The location is also possible, and it is also very close to the subway station, so you have to walk a little uphill. The room is relatively clean and comfortable to stay in.

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

Had a fantastic time. Place is at the forefront of old Tbilisi and all the places are accessible through walking. The place is big and can easily accommodate a nuclear family. Enjoyed our stay. Host Nana was very friendly and accessible

Mikhail was always in touch, quickly resolved all issues related to various nuances. There is a problem with elevators in Orbi, you need to treat it a little more easily and adapt to various options. They are there! I recommend your stay and host! Thanks 🙏

The studio apartment is furnished adequately and is located in a prime area. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are supermarkets, shopping mall, restaurants etc. within walkable distance or within 10mins from the apartment. There is no parking within the premises. If you've a car, you will need to park it in one of the parking zones by the road on the backside provided there is an empty slot. That was the only tricky part about the stay. Otherwise we found it very convenient, safe and worth the money.
