Vacation rentals in Castle Rock

Mary went above and beyond to provide us with an amazing stay. We were arriving late so she made sure we had food and milk supplies in to save a mad dash in the morning to a shop. As we arrived, the log fire was roaring and so homely and comforting. I could not fault the hospitality we received. Thank you for an amazing stay and would definitely stay again when visiting family. Thanks a million Mary - a rare find of a host!!

Fantastic stay out in the country but close enough to get your basic amenities. We went into Killarney every day and even though it was an hour drive it was a gorgeous drive and we never felt like it was long. Place was beautiful, so much so we lost a night at our next air bnb to book an extra night here. Host was extremely responsive and house had everything we needed. Very clean, kids enjoyed the games, especially the giant jenga set. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the surrounding area was gorgeous. If ever find myself on this Side of the world again, would not hesitate to stay here!

Rory is a great host and his home is at a great location. Yok can listen to the sounds of the waves and the view is amazing. He made a lot of preparations before we arrive, even had lights and decorations for our little kid. Felt like we were home, away from home.

I booked this short stay as a wedding gift for my son and his wife, so the review is from them. "Sam and her dad were incredibly gracious hosts. My wife and I stayed here for a short honeymoon after our wedding. We were greeted with some lovely balloons and banners, as well as a lovely card with some delicious chocolates. The cabin was constantly warm and cosy with a plethora of channel and streaming choices on the TV. Our hosts were quick to answer all of our questions and bring anything that we requested. Communication was perfect and we were even allowed to come a day earlier than booked to drop our car off, along with some food for our stay. We didn't get a chance to try out the hot-tub, but it was immaculately clean and very well maintained. Couldn't wish for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality."

We enjoyed staying in Jacinta's cottage. It was extremely comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for spending the evenings inside and cooking for ourselves. Given the time of the year and the weather, we weren't inclined to drive out to dinner, esp after settling in after our days driving and wandering around the interesting local area. And enjoyed great coffees and cakes in Skibbereen. Jacinta was a great host and communicator.

Lovely, comfortable barn and stunning location for my short winter break. Annette was friendly and super-helpful with tips for places to visit in the wider area and insight into community traditions etc. She responded quickly to any query and was a top host. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. the cabin was perfect for us -cosy warm + had all the facines we needed. We loved the little thing like the food provided in the freezer & the robes. Owners were very helpful + showed us how to use the oven+ hot tub. we adore the hot tub + spent hours in it last night. The decor both inside and outside of the cobin are beautiful. The sofa + bed are v comfortable. Thank you for having us!
