A great place. The place has everything it has to offer, it's clean, central, with lots of amenities and more. Communication with the host is very quick and friendly.

My family and I were very happy and satisfied with the stay in the apartment of Mrs. VaniaLiz, she and her husband were very friendly, attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out. We felt very safe and at home during our stay. The apartment was in very good condition, very clean, tidy and well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean and with shops nearby.

A cozy and quite quiet place, the best that is very central, a few steps from the main Av de Piura, there are many businesses nearby a mall, supermarket, pharmacies and other food businesses nearby. The host and person in charge was able to help us resolve issues that arose. Recommended

I've stayed everywhere in Piura - RioVerde, Angolo, Principe -- but I much prefer Yukiko's. It's great! The rooms are super pretty, the beds very comfortable. I liked cooking in the kitchen - I think I like it more than my own kitchen. Strong wifi, too. The apartment is very big and it's safe. Thanks Yukiko!

Very nice space, with everything one may need to spend a while in the city. Safe, quiet and with access to entertainment venues. Visit them again soon.

Everything was very good, nice house, spacious and peaceful, a country house in every sense. The hosts were wonderful, always attentive. Super recommended

César's place is a very good option in relation to cost/benefit. A very safe urbanization and quite close to the mall. The mosquitoes are a problem for which you will have to bring a mosquito net in order to rest peacefully. Cesar is very dedicated and friendly, I always want to fix any problem.
