The house was better than what was seen in the photos, the cleanliness was impeccable, we are eight and there was plenty of space, the kitchen utensils were practically new, and our host even had a medicine cabinet. Unbeatable. He also greeted us with a bottle of wine and gave us several recommendations in the area.

The house is very comfortable and cozy, with everything to spend a stay without worrying about anything. Communication with Ruth is excellent and friendly. Highly recommended.

A great house, we stayed 8 adults and 7 kids and everything was perfect. An impeccable house, plus Fernando left us drinks and peck stuff, the house was clean and had all the amenities , we'll be back we're clear.

The house is perfect. It has everything, is super well cared for and is located in a very quiet area. Perfect to spend a few relaxing days with friends and enjoy the surrounding landscape. Mila was very attentive from the beginning with us, from the arrival showing us the whole house, and later through mobile to answer our doubts. Miguel’s place was the best place we stayed at during our 2 week vacation in Spain. Stunning spacious home with high ceilings, great decor, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities you need! Walking distance to restaurants and tons of vintage shopping. María (co-host) was super responsive the entire time and we were able to do a slightly earlier check-in as well. We loved this home so much and would book it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the great stay!

This accommodation is excellent in every way. The location is lovely, just off the ‘old’ area of the town - a short walk up a step hill (!) takes you to all the historic sites and attractions, plus places to eat and drink. A 16min walk over the bridge takes you to a large Lidl - an easy flat walk. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with a welcome hamper and home touches. Lots of bath towels and fresh linen. The apartment is extremely well designed, and it’s actually a lot nicer than shown in the pictures. We came in the winter, and there is easy to use heaters to take the chill off in the evening (plus an electric decorative fire!). The place is very, very quiet, no neighbour noise, with fast WiFi. There were two sets of house keys which was helpful as occasionally went out separately. All in all, we couldn’t recommend this place highly enough - we would definitely stay here again. 5*. Salamanca is a fabulous city and well worth visiting if you are still in two minds.

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

Mariano’s place was perfect for me, just as described. It was well equipped for an extended stay. And so perfectly located in the beautiful Malasaña neighborhood. Mariano was such a great host, he gave me so many great recommendations and the instructions for check-in were so very clear. I would recommend

We can't offer much to say, because we only stayed one night (only about 18 hours). We didn't use the apartment amenities (i.e. kitchen, shower, washer). The bed was comfortable!! We had dinner at a place that Jesus recommended, and it was great! We give TEN stars to our host. Flexibility, communication, and help was perfect!! Please note, the apartment is three floors up, and there is no elevator (not an issue for some guest, but hard on others - like us).

Great stay at Alfredo's. We enjoyed the welcome Alfredo was waiting for us to park the car in his parking lot facilitating the installation then accompany us to the apartment nearby. Theapartment is very clean and bright despite the bad weather of the day. close to the city center but very quiet nevertheless. Alfredo listened to us when we had a request to make. Thank you very much

the apto. is just like the pictures, it's clean it's comfortable and you feel at home has everything,salt,vinegar...and even a bottle of water left us Jose is a very communicative host, quick to respond There is a free parking nearby and it takes a short time to get downtown the only negative thing is that you hear the neighbors if they do not respect the night hours recommend 100% and I'm hoping I can come back

Thanks to Eva Maria that we were able to enjoy this beautiful, quiet and clean home. Very modern the house in the beautiful village. Eva Maria a very friendly person. There was no problem coming with our dog. Everything was perfect! We want to come again. Perfect temperature in the heated house in autumn despite arriving almost without prior notice.

Excellent weekend stay enjoying David's duplex. It was a flashing out with two other couples to get to know Logroño and a little bit of the Rioja. David's recommendations were very good and he was waiting for our arrival, since due to the distance it was difficult to specify the exact time of arrival. but he was there to wait for us and show us the flat and give us four recommendations to go for a drink and visit the next day. We definitely recommend it to those who want to visit Logroño, since the apartment is on the Gran Vía to nothing and less than the heart of the tapeo and the shops for shopping, among many other things Logroño offers. We would love to repeat when we can. The apartment was spotless and had all the expected amenities. Very quiet community.
