Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Spacious and functional house, excellent air conditioning in every room. The personal bathrooms in the bedrooms are very comfortable. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

THE LADY ALWAYS PRESENT AND IMPECCABLE ON EVERYTHING, WE HAD TO LEAVE THE HOUSE AT 10/00 , SHE CALLED US AND SAID QUIETLY, DO NOT BOOK CONVENIENTLY . Staying at Casa Olivia in Serramonacesca was an extraordinary experience. Immersed in the greenery of the Maiella National Park, the house offers a breathtaking view and a unique atmosphere of peace. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Nicoletta, who immediately made us feel at home, while host Cecelia was always available and attentive, offering us valuable tips for exploring the area. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. The location is ideal for nature lovers: trails, historic villages, and even the sea are easily accessible. The energy of this place, combined with impeccable hospitality, has made our holiday unforgettable. We look forward to coming back!

Accommodation equipped with every comfort in the center of San Martino will be very close to the green river, the starting point for excursions on the Maiella. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable for 5 people. Large living room, kitchen and large bathroom. The host is very helpful and friendly.

We were guests in Rossella's house from December 23 to 29, in the week in which Campo di Giove ended , due to the copious snowfall of Christmas, on all the national tg. Despite the great inconvenience due to the intense snowfall, we were able to enjoy the comfort and pleasantness of a tidy, clean and bright house in addition to the courtesy and availability of Rossella, a person who is constantly present via wu or phone and interested in our accommodation and to meet the needs and emergencies of a stay that is not really easy due to the weather conditions. The house enjoys all the comforts and is less than a kilometer from the center of the village where you can find commercial establishments that offer any type of food /consumer goods (oven, grocery, dairy, butcher, tobacco, newsagent, egg pasta, wine shop, pastry shop as well as various typical restaurants)
