An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we return to Lugano! Thanks you Peter and Laurence :)

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The furniture is comfortable throughout and the apartment just has a great, cozy feel to it :) The highlight is the view of the lake, which is unbelievably beautiful. There is lots of paid parking that is easy to navigate within a few steps of the apartment & I believe free parking nearby as well. The location is lovely, as there is a path essentially below the apartment along the lake where you can walk to Gandria. In the other direction, you can drive to Lugano in 5 minutes or walk in 30 minutes along the sidewalk. Lena was welcoming & was there if we needed any help! Highly recommend if you're going to be visiting Lugano.

Great value and great apartment. Large space, clean, full kitchen, washer/ dryer of good quality, jacuzzi tub. Complimentary water bottles and chocolates were lovely. The baby cot they set up was cute and appreciated; baby high chair was good quality. The apartment is very secure. There are 11 steps to enter the apartment. We had 4 large luggage bags, 4 small luggage bags and a stroller and it was fine. Milan is easily accessible by foot in general. Only 1.7km to Duomo Milano which is a flat and easy walk. Alternatively, few minutes walk to metro and then 6minutes to Duomo Milano. Even shorter walk to golden quadrilateral where all high end boutiques are. Definitely recommend especially if you need a kitchen and washer/dryer

We had a great time, the place is very close to the subway. Our host is always available and always ready to respond to our messages. We'll be back.

Sara was a wonderful host. This is one of the best places we have stayed in. The location is very good and the balcony views were exceptional. The flat was very spacious and we had no complaints! Thank you!

This was such an amazing place to stay! A very well designed studio flat, literally steps from the tram lines and train station of Porta Venezia and the Line 1 metro to the Duomo. Luca is a very communicative host, he so kindly met me when I arrived in the morning, let me in and showed me how everything works. The flat is well lit and heated, with plenty of hot water, a very comfy sofabed, and a fully equipped kitchen. I liked the charming features which Luca pointed out to me, such as the fireplace and the brick arches in the wall. The location is great for walking to Corso Buenos Aires for shopping and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Getting to Milano Centrale was also very easy as the tram stop is just behind the apartment!

We were so lucky to stay here at Alessio’s ! Walkable from the train station and located in a really neat courtyard, it was beautifully decorated making us feel very elegant! The apartment has an outdoor area, which unfortunately we were not able to use because of rain and cold ( we stayed in February!)., but looked perfect for cafe and aperitivos . Very lovely stay!

Will definitely come back to Laura’s stay. I really enjoyed it, the place is so nice like movie in Netflix. Host is really friendly and caring. Her response is very fast. And the house is really nice too

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

Gorgeous stay and honestly the most beautiful surroundings! You cannot imagine the views until you get there, magnificent! Eva was so kind and caring towards our family. Such a lovely soulful human. Her husband also kindly provided us with wood for the fire. Gentleman. Everything in the apartment was top quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our stay was great. The view was great over Lake Maggiore, especially in the evening and at night, it was simply magical! The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped. Impeccable cleanliness! My partner and I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Silvia's apartment in Como. The location is perfect - a stone's throw from everything you need, including wonderful restaurants and the harbour where the ferry leaves from. The flat itself is very well designed, quiet and cosy, with a beautiful aesthetic and a bathtub with jets. Silvia communicated well throughout and sent us a detailed list of recommendations. Highly recommend!

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .

Francesco was the most responsive host. He provided recommendations for restaurants without us asking. The apartment is very spacious. Just as seen in photos. Location close to various restaurants. Super close and convenient to Metro and central station for other travel. Highly recommend!

Lisa's place is located in the heart of Como, making it the perfect place for a stay, to get around the city, or to just unwind at the end of the day. Having the TV and fiber internet was a great advantage for those planning to do some work while on vacation, and was a great place for our family. Among the many beautiful places in Como, there are many nice playgrounds for small children, excellent shopping and dining options nearby, which make it very convenient for guests to stay there. I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely use it on my next visit to Como.

Gianluca was from the start always friendly, willing to help and give information or advice on where to go and what to do. The studio is in a great location and the rooftop hot tub has amazing views across the lake. Parking across the road made it easier for the car but I would avoid using a car in Como if you can do without it.
