Wendy's place was beautiful and a great location to get familiar with Costa Rica. The morning sunrises from the bedroom were stunning, and the glow of the city lights at night were mesmerizing. Highly recommend a stay at Wendy's place.

Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

very nice rental,very well maintained in a high-end residential complex. We felt safe because the residence is kept. Although the villa had a beautiful very clean pool there was a larger collective. The only comment is in the low pressure of the faucets and showers. There is a beautiful living space and absolute comfort as well as bedding. Very responsive host i really recommend this rental

Amazing home, great restaurants nearby and very close to airport and beaches

With my family we went to celebrate my birthday and we were delighted, the place is beautiful, it has beautiful views. The house is beautiful, absolutely everything was too nice, my family and I were very happy. Jorge very attentive and accessible, don Santos (the person in charge of receiving us) is a very friendly and helpful gentleman. We recommend to go clear and admire those beautiful views.🌷

Absolutely loved the place. Beautiful home. Description was accurate. Keep in mind there is someone next to your space in the same building and you can hear them if they make noises (singing, whistling etc). This is in a small city so there are dogs that bark and can be heard in the house, sometimes during the night and early in the mornings. However, we loved the spot and would definitely come back if we are in the area. Great space for the 4 weeks we stayed there. A grocery store with essentials a short walk from the house. Aida’s sister Dinorah kept in touch and checked on us often. She does not speak English but with google translate l we were able to communicate clearly. Definitely recommend.

This is a really lovely place to stay, and Lisa and Donnie are the perfect hosts. They have thought of every comfort in the accommodation, plus extras such as dressing gowns, to a security safe box, to a washing machine/dryer to ………..and the list goes on!! Fabulous! Plus lovely touches like welcome packs of nuts and chocolates - all so very thoughtful! Outside there is a pool and gym equipment and nice grounds. This was sadly a flying visit, and the last night of our holiday, so we didn’t really get chance to appreciate the outside or local area. Lisa very kindly booked a nearby restaurant for us, however, which was really excellent, and a great way to end our trip. If we visit Costa Rica again we will definitely stay again, and for longer next time. Highly recommended!

Thanks for the hospitality Francisco is an excellent host, when you need some recommendation or solve something he was always attentive. The house is as shown in the photos, it has everything you need for your stay. A 15-minute walk through the condominium you will find several restaurants we try: (the Novillo Alegre, Taj Mahal, Moose, La Focaccia) delicious all, and in general the Costa Rican food (its season) is delicious. There is a Fresh (market) in this same restaurant area on the first floor, this is the most expensive super there are others like the Palí that are not so close but have cheaper prices. The pool is beautiful and the social spaces are very well maintained. They must notify Francisco that they will use the Uber service to authorize it in advance to the goal so that they do not have any inconvenience for entry. I highly recommend this place, it is 15 minutes away from the airport (very convenient for the traffic congestion/traffic

Thank you so much for nice appartment. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We had basic ingredients such as salt, tea, coffee, sugar, cream and bread, eggs in the kitchen, which we really appreciated upon arrival. We even received a lovely gift during our stay in the form of a delicious coconut cake. There were beautiful handmade Tiffany lamps everywhere in the apartment from his creative wife. We had a large space to ourselves with a beautiful terrace and complete privacy. I highly recommend it.

April’s home was absolutely perfect for what me and my partner needed. We wanted a serene spa like experience without having to go to a lot of places. We had everything we needed on our 4 day stay. There were great fresh markets on the way so we stopped for food and never had to leave out once we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. April and Tony’s welcome was warm and friendly as well as their dogs Maisa and Graco. We live on the Caribbean side and wanted to spend time in the serene mountains for a cooler and relaxing experience. This will be our get away place when we need to take a break.

Exceptional stay at Casa Cariad! Well located near Parrita, accessible with a 4x4. Great location for visiting the Central Pacific. Very clean accommodation, flexible check-in with the lockbox and we were able to communicate well with the hosts, and their friend present near the accommodation. Beautiful accommodation, birds visible from the terrace, hammocks, air conditioning. Everything was really perfect. We recommend it 100%!

The house is in excellent condition, very well cared for, clean and well decorated. Great location to go to Zona Franca. The restaurant that is nearby is very good for lunch and dinner. One detail we liked was that we were left products inside the house that we could consume for a small amount.

The accommodation is as described in the listing. We stayed in the green house and understand that the place will become a complex, but Hosam respected our reservation and we were able to enjoy the place privately. The house is very comfortable, with air, fan and tv in every bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, blender, electric hornito in addition to the kitchen itself. The pool is beautiful, super well cared for with island for small children, lounge chairs and umbrella. The ranch has its grill with a sidebar team. It has a parking lot for 4 cars across the street. I must highlight Hosam's attention and, we were lucky enough to coincide with Sonny who provided us with excellent care and improving our stay. We will definitely be back to stay with Hosam again

Jorge was very communicative and helpful. We had a small issue with a broken lock and he kindly drove over to fix it. Houses don’t weather well in Costa Rica and the house has a few areas of wear and tear, but there are far more positive than negative aspects. It is spacious, modern, very clean and decently equipped. The bedrooms are a real positive as they’re large and the beds are very comfortable with spotless linen. The bathrooms are fine (there’s lots of them!) and the water pressure and temperature are both good. The seating area in the open plan kitchen is comfy, the furniture is really clean and the TV has Netflix etc. The house is well placed for visiting lots of local attractions and there are some nice restaurants very close by. The neighbourhood is quiet and family orientated and felt super safe. It is naturally windy and cool compared to other local neighbourhoods. Thank you very much, Jorge. Our four-night stay over the New Year’s Eve holiday at Volare was nothing short of magical! It was the perfect setting for our family to come together and celebrate the start of a new year. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and beautiful the home was. The natural light pouring through the windows made the entire house feel warm and inviting, and we couldn’t get enough of the stunning views—especially the clouds and the birds that graced the sky each morning. Tucker was a fantastic host, always available and ready to help with anything we needed. It was clear that she cares deeply about the space and her guests. Yamilet, the property manager, was so friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless and felt like a true retreat. This was the perfect escape for our family to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the holiday. We can’t recommend it enough. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, this home is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!
