Robert And Arlina were fantastic and so accommodating we fled the la fire and Robert and Arlina went on and above to help us feeling safe and so well taking care of the house is fantastic and so close to the beach i really appreciated that every room had a tv, so it was easy to follow the news and see how the la fire developed i can really recommend staying here you will never find a more accommodating hostess

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We loved staying here. The property is peaceful and quiet with farm animals to visit nearby. The home was warm and cozy and was stocked with everything we needed and more. My girls enjoyed seeing the animals and playing the games that were provided. We can't wait to visit again!

Bobbi's harbor house was absolutely beautiful - right on the water, fairly quiet and peaceful, but also with plenty to look at (locals on their various boats, paddleboards, etc). We decided to bring most of our food in (so that we could enjoy the gorgeous back patio as much as possible!), but there are also some yummy restaurants/bars/cafes nearby, if you're staying for more than a couple days. Bobbi was an excellent host - sent just enough messages to make us feel welcome and at home and was quick to respond if I had any questions while staying there. I highly recommend Bobbi's place if you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful, waterfront vacay. :)

My partner and I stayed at Bodega House for a couple nights and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway. The place was clean, cozy, and so charming! Photos don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed and more, and we really appreciated all the little details found in this beautiful space. It’s in a great location, with the most incredible food and drink options all only a few steps away. Additionally, Zach was a wonderful host. He’s kind, communicative, and accommodating. We were sad to leave, but can’t wait to be back! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Our family of six had a great time staying at Karen's house for over a month. It's spacious, beautiful, and in a great location. Karen was always quick to respond and kind in her recommendations and messages. We highly recommend staying here!

My stay at Vivian’s place was truly wonderful! Her home is located at a very convenient location, close to everything: the market, Downtown Ventura, Botanical gardens, and the pier! The inside of her house is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The pictures posted did not do it justice; we were pleasantly surprised! My family and I enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen. The patio dining area is so lovely, but we were too cold to eat outside this time. The living room is great, my kids loved hanging out there! Vivian offers nice streaming options on TV and some games to play, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated and we appreciated plenty of closet space and the hangers. The master bedroom and bathroom are the best! My parents really loved their stay there. The room is so spacious: there is a bed, walk-in closet, a sofa, and a desk/chair. Thank you Vivian for sharing your beautiful home with us!

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

My son & I were in the area for a high school tour & wow, we were so blessed to have coupled that with staying in the Fantastical Cottage. There was no one else staying in the Glass House adjacent to us, so we had the entire area to ourselves. We brought our pup, cooked all meals in the open-air kitchen, enjoyed the open-air shower, hammock, lovely pool & spa, trampoline, birds galore, dreamy tree swing, & were nourished by the hens’ offerings for breakfasts. Each used space was very clean. No cell service meant no interruptions & we were able to truly enjoy being with each other on the land. We are outdoor & nature lovers, so for us this was a perfect fit! Jennifer is a wonderful & communicative host.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, being super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! Desi and Vince are truly outstanding, responsive, thoughtful hosts. Their cottage has a gorgeous ocean view and extremely quiet, peaceful surroundings in the Malibu hills. The cottage is exactly as described and their cleaner did a nice job. Even during wildfire season, I can't say enough good things about this place.

What an extraordinary experience staying up the hill for four nights. It’s just as good as the photos, or better. Comfy bed, well appointed kitchen, and Murray was extremely responsive and helpful. The drive up the hill is a bit tricky for a low-slung car but once we made it up there, we did not want to leave. Looking forward to our return visit.

Gloria was a fantastic host. The 4 bedroom home was perfect for our family…very clean, spacious, well appointed, and in a quiet neighborhood that was close to many restaurants and stores. Gloria was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay at this cute house! It was perfect for the three of us (myself and husband and teenage daughter) plus the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The house is adorable and the yard makes it fee like you are in the tropics. It's a quick walk to the dog-friendly beach, which we enjoyed long walks on every morning. And you are a 5 minute drive from the town of Montecito and close to Santa Barbara. We would definitely stay here again to visit our other daughter at college.

Donna is incredible. We booked her place due to the recent evacuations in LA & Ventura counties and she was wonderful in every way. She responded so promptly and was such a light during a dark time. I would recommend her and any of her properties without hesitation. Her place was so welcoming and an amazing place of respite during a very challenging time. Thank you!!!

Karen's place was a great last minute stay for us while visiting family just a half mile away in Thousand Oaks. The big yard was great for the dog and made it easy to pull our truck into. The cottage is super clean and devoid of clutter which is nice. Bed was comfortable...though wish it was a queen size bed, but I totally understand that would be a tight fit. Washer/dryer worked well for us. Had one minor hiccup with some contractors who showed up to work on installing a new gate. Karen was quick to apologize and check-in with us. I appreciated that and it was a no harm, no foul item. On the plus side...the new gate to get into the property is a nice upgrade!

Such a wonderful place and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the area. The place is beautiful and Thomas is a great and responsive host. I had everything and more that I needed to feel at home during my stay and the outdoor space is really nice as well.

Janet’s place is everything I expected and so much more! The small cottage makes you feel welcome, the attention to details from the fresh flowers and orchids, to the beautiful inside decor, to the amazing landscape that makes you feel secluded and comfortable. We were welcomed with a bottle of great wine, and breakfast items for the first few days which makes it so convenient. The bird bath that is visible just outside the window and from the dining table, I could just spend hours watching them. The house is close to downtown and we walked everywhere from there. It was a great experience and will be staying here again when traveling to Santa Barbara

LOVED the stay at the beach! This place served as a sanctuary for my family while evacuated during the Palisades Fire. Everyone had enough space to stretch out and feel comfortable. The house was very well stocked with supplies and the furniture was high quality and cozy. We very much appreciated its location - private, easy access to the beach, and very near shopping. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
