Vacation rentals with a pool in Carpinteria

Absolutely beautiful home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. We were so very comfortable, that we rarely wanted to leave - lol. The kids loved their "California" home as they called it. They had a blast playing in the bunkbed room that had toys and games for them to explore. It truly was a lovely stay.

A+ host, super responsive and friendly, and the property will not disappoint.

There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

We had a comfortable, relaxing stay, and appreciate all the kind little provisions and conveniences in this spacious studio. The hosts seem to have thought of everything for a low-stress stay (self check-in, designated parking, easy communication). Plus, it was spotlessly clean in the best possible way—just tidy and fresh, with no lingering odors of cleaning products. The unit is just as shown in the photos, homey but not cluttered. It’s one of three studios on a lovely and leafy property, and you have your own patio as well. We were never more than 10-15 minutes away from most places we wanted to visit (hiking trails, shops/restaurants, art galleries, scenic overlooks). A perfect Ojai base!

Consider yourself lucky if you’re able to book this beautiful home in Ojai. Julie was just the sweetest and most thoughtful host. Her curation and dedication to this beautiful space shines through every piece of decor and detail in the house. If you are looking to relax and find peace in a healing setting, book it. I hope to stay here whenever we return to Ojai.

My extended stay was amazing…the house was perfect and clean, the host was kind and responsive, the location was central to everything, the views were outstanding and overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this house to anyone! You can’t go wrong!

Michael is a fantastic host! He was always responsive to questions and took immediate action to resolve a few small issues that came up. He was very attentive and made us comfortable in every way. The home and property is so lovely and comfortable. It was the perfect place to celebrate the holidays with our family. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed. The view from every window is fabulous! We enjoyed drinking coffee at the patio table over looking the valley below. Our dogs enjoyed the yard. Will need to go back during the summer to enjoy the fantastic pool and spa. Thank you Michael for a fabulous stay!

My 13 yr old daughter & I had such a wonderful stay at Heidi’s Mesa home. The pool was INCREDIBLE. (We paid to heat it) Such special memories made~night swims, morning tanning, surrounded by the walls of lush greenery, full enclosure of privacy from the neighbors. I loved taking morning hot-tubs, & also before bedtime! The king sized bed was so comfy—a sanctuary, really—& with the honor of being trusted w/such sentimental family heirlooms, eclectic collection of art & ethnic cultures, throughout the ages. An extensive library of books on a broad range of subjects was a delight to have available! The couch in the living room was ridiculously comfy. The home is an oldie, but a goodie. I can tell that the sisters who own it keep it well-maintained—tending weekly to the yard & the pool, & beginning the updating process in certain rooms. We recommend this gem to anyone (except for families w/kids who cannot swim, or babies who tend to crawl out of sight)! Location was PERFECT & quiet.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Michael was very responsive and would reply to any questions I would have. His place is very nice and well kept.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations and location worked out great. The beach is a few blocks one direction and downtown Carpinteria with restaurants and stores is a few blocks the other way. Lots of things to drive to do like hiking, a seal sanctuary, and Santa Barbara and Ventura are a short drive away. It wasn’t a big deal but the only surprise was that the place was heated by space heaters and we had to get used to that. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Lots of parking spaces.
