Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Carolina

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and felt just like home from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Manuel was the kindest host- so warm, attentive and easy to communicate with. I recently stayed at this Airbnb unit, and I must say, it is absolutely stunning! The design is beautifully executed, creating a cozy atmosphere that truly offers the comforts of home. The clean lines and immaculate condition of the space made a great impression on me. The location is fantastic, being very close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. I felt safe and at home throughout my stay, thanks in large part to the responsiveness and helpfulness of the host. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that I’m a very light sleeper, and there was a dog nearby that barked quite often during the night. However, this did not overshadow the overall pleasant experience I had. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable stay! Shawn .

Raisa’s place is so cute and comfy ! Looks exactly like the pictures. It is a bit noisy, if you’re not used to it I don’t recommend it. But I don’t have a problem with it at all ! The neighborhood is very nice I walked a few times to go buy fruits and go to the market. There are a couple fast foods around in case. Other than that it’s not too far from san Juan and the old city so you can easily uber or drive there. Would definitely come back. Thank you

We ended up booking this place last minute, one day before we were supposed to arrive because the place we previously had booked had some alarming reviews, and to say this place was home away from home is an understatement, even though we generally didn’t come in until bed time, it was nice to come back to a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay! And it was nice to be a little away from all the tourists areas at the end of the day. The only negative was issues with the gps at first which the host was super responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay at Juan’s place—it was very cozy and comfortable. We happened to be there during a blackout, and Juan was incredibly accommodating with his battery backup system. He stayed on top of communication and made sure we were taken care of during the situation. He also kindly allowed my husband and me to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room itself was clean and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. Fresh towels were provided for convenience. Just a heads-up to future guests: be sure to bring your own body wash, and the water temperature in the shower stays more on the lukewarm side rather than hot—if I had to list any cons, that would be the only one. The restaurant downstairs is amazing—great food and a super convenient option. Plus, the beach is very close, and there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when we come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Ivelisse was incredibly kind and responsive, even answering our messages late at night. She went above and beyond to help us when we made a mistake with our flight dates, showing great flexibility and understanding. Ivelisse also gave us excellent local recommendations, which made our trip even better. The apartment itself is in a perfect location, close to everything we needed, and the facilities—especially the swimming pool—were excellent. It was a wonderful touch that the host personally said goodbye to us when we left. Highly recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

This home was everything I needed and wanted! The decor was PHENOMENAL and the ambiance was SO RELAXING AND COMFY. I had two toddlers so the clean pool, backyard, and roomy house kept my little ones occupied. Careliz responded within 5-10 minutes with any suggestions and questions I had, super attentive and sweet! The power went out in the island and she expressed her apologies and continued to check in on us! Everything was close by to the house and easy to get to. I can’t wait to come back! We stayed at Casa CA-LI-AD with two families (4 adults, 3 kids under 8) and had an amazing experience. The listing is accurate—everything was as described, clean, and very family-friendly. It’s close to the airport, attractions, and a supermarket, which made things super convenient. During our stay, there was a rare island-wide blackout, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The property’s generator made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind. Pro tip: when using Uber, enter Casa CA-LI-AD with the dashes—otherwise it might not show up in the app. As a fellow Airbnb superhost, I can honestly say this place is exceptionally well cared for. Highly recommend for families!

Manuals place is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. In a way it’s just like the photos but in another it’s better. We were two females and found it really comfortable and felt safe walking around. 5-10mins walk to the nearest beach depending on how slow you walk. And a lovely 20-30mins walk along the beach to the main area of Isla Verde. Lots of restaurants nearby plus Supermax with was open 24/7. Having read the reviews we were prepared for water issues but the water seemed consistently hot enough during our 8 night stay. Kitchen was great and the washer drier were a dream We had a slight issue with the clogging of the shower drain but that could’ve been my hair. Manual and his cousin came almost straight away and were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend and thanks again for fixing my glasses!!

Me and a group of friends stayed at Reiner’s lovely home and absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was our first time on the island and having the location be super close to the airport was perfect! You would think that there would be too much air traffic noise but absolutely not! Our favorite part of the house was definitely the upper deck that allowed us to relax and take in the weather throughout the day!Just around the corner were some food shops and a surf shop as well! The beach is about 10 minutes from the home and old San Juan is 20 minutes. I would 100% stay at Reniers home again for our next visit to Puerto Rico!

Maris place was just perfect ! A 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min walk to local restaurants and markets. Just a few mins from the main strip of San Juan, the location was amazing. The apartment was spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! I will 10000% be back !

The apartment is very safe. My wife and I loved it They have Security at the gate. The indoor parking is nice. The Neighbors are friendly no smoking or loud noises. Jose makes sure you have everything you need and still checks on you for anything that may've been missed ( He didn't miss anything for our stay) The place was spotless and cozy. I'll definitely will be staying there again and will recommend Jose's listing to all my friends.

We loved this condo! The view is so worth it! It’s small but had plenty of space for our family of four. The beach is also so close and a great spot to swim. Allison had tons of great information in her welcome letter that was really helpful. I also appreciated all of the amenities, like a small cooler and beach chairs for the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed! If we come back to PR I would easily rent this place again! Also Uber is so easy to use, that’s how we got around. If you go check out Old San Juan (you should!) I would recommend taking an Uber instead of your rental car. Traffic is pretty busy down there and the Uber ride was so easy!

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.

Really enjoyed this place it’s in an excellent area and lots of things to do for urself or with family.
