Fab location and great size for 2 adults and 2 children. Easy to explore the town centre and walk to the local beaches. Ric leaves lots of information for you and was super responsive to questions.

Great host, Mark was always on hand and was very helpful. Great accommodation, clean throughout, comfy bed and quiet location. Accessible location to explore Cornwall. The lodge had everything you could ask for and the welcome pack is a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend The Lodge. 5/5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟.

A lovely quiet place to stay in Cornwall that was still within short driving distance to plenty of options. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable and easy stay. The hosts were welcoming. Would recommend!

Everything was as described. It was warm, clean and cosy. Everything you need for a stay in St Ives. Parking was tight but as this is scarce in St Ives it was a bonus and probably invaluable in season. 15 min walk down to town all down hill. Recommended.

Excellent flat in secure development within 2 minutes walk to the bustle of Falmouth. Svenja and her friend Frejya were really helpful. The flat was quiet, very comfortable and well equipped, with a cream tea on arrival! Unfortunately we couldn’t stay as long as planned due to an illness. Svenja could not have been more helpful and sympathetic in ensuring that we had nothing to worry about regarding leaving the flat. We would definitely like to visit again and stay here.

Thank you Mandy for a wonderful stay! Your home was very close to the centre of Newquay and the beaches - we even got to love the hill walk home by the end of the week - kept us fit! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and TV. The safe parking spaces were also a huge plus in a town where space is a premium. Our dogs also loved their stay!

We had an unforgettable week at Trevassack House and felt so fortunate to have found such a grand and lovely home to spend New Year with friends who traveled from Belgium and France. Catherine and Matthew’s home is absolutely perfect for hosting a large group. We were 8 adults, 3 small children and one dog and there were plenty of large rooms for us to spread out comfortably. The children were able to play in one room while the adults played games and the piano in front of the fire across the hall. Although, we spent most of our New Year around the family-style farmhouse table in the kitchen. We prepared all meals at home thanks to the well-equipped kitchen and the proximity of food shops. The house is in a quiet area and we slept like babies each night after long days visiting the seal sanctuary, St Ives and Newquay. The garden and grounds are gorgeous as well and had it been warmer, we certainly would have taken advantage of the terrace. We made memories for a lifetime here ❤️

We have just arrived home after a fantastic stay. The lodge was beautiful with everything that we needed. There is lots to do locally as well as in the resort. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for another stay in Easter. Thank you once again.

When we arrived we found the place to be exactly like the photos but once your inside the property really is beautiful, very homely and cosy. The location is beautiful, a pub right round the corner , a lovely pebbly beach for walks and if you’re brave enough to swim. Lovely coastal walks and nice pubs and restaurants about 15 mins walk. Very responsive host and always happy to answer any questions we had. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Sharon went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas week was warm, cosy and full of treats and sparkle! The place was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, thank you so much. Our Springer also loved it there, plenty of local places to walk the dog too.

We had a splendid time staying at Charlotte’s beautiful home. The house sits in its own private grounds, with a wooded area and gorgeous garden. The house overlooks the sea and is a short walk to Porthtowan beach (a real gem!). We highly recommend this property .

We had a lovely week at ‘The Little House’. The house was clean and tidy, and we couldn’t fault anything. Ben and Jemma were helpful hosts and responded quickly to questions. It was ideal having access to the electric car charger that Ben made available when needed. We would recommend this property to others without hesitation.

This accommodation has been furnished with a lot of thought and consideration for its guests. The apartment is compact, but all areas have been well utilised to create a great space. Stocked with refreshments and snacks, including fruit, fresh milk and a wide selection of drinks. A lovely selection of toiletries and plenty of towels and bedding. Great to also have a Car Charging facility, which was super easy to use. I wouldn’t definitely book this accommodation again in the future.

Stunning studio and immaculate. Conrad and Jackie were really fantastic hosts- they helped with all our needs, including that we hadn't spotted there wasn't a freezer. Bed was so comfortable, studio was very warm. Lots of hot water. They really made us feel at home. It was a lovely stay. Thank-you.

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much as the first. Good location and the stable flat has everything you need. So handy to have the gardens to walk with our dog. The flat was perfectly clean and tidy. Will definitely be back again.

The location of the apartment was ideal for our needs and the host was great. They were friendly, responsive and ensured that the apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very helpful from the start, from directing us on how to get there to being very accommodating with regards to extending our leaving times. When we had a few questions about where to go and what we can do within the area they were very swift to respond and guide us promptly. With regards to the guest house we stayed in, it was an amazing and cosy place. It was not only very well decorated but also very clean, tidy and well equipped. We were very happy and felt right at home. We would definitely recommend staying here for anybody who wants to explore Cornwall! Thank you for hosting us and being such great hosts!
