The house is beautifully private and quiet. Several ways to change seats because of wind, rain, or sun. Very nice house beach. About 5 minutes by car. You can also walk to water. About 5 min. However, only rocks there. Very small place with two small supermarkets (no fresh fish) where there is almost everything and at normal prices. To a supermarket Conad, Crai or EuroSpin min. 30 min. Driving time (I thought that was a shame). To get somewhere else, always take the pass on the mountain. It's fast, but it's always an act. In the slightly larger town of Tertenia, there is a fish shop. There's nothing going on in the evening where you could go. Since we were there in mid-September, many restaurants are no longer open. In the house itself, only the seat cushions should be renewed. They already suffer when they are outside all year round. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility. Great house.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Amanda's place was very clean, quiet, well furnished and beautiful. The location of the property is on a slope and you have a wonderful view of the sea. In the kitchen you have everything you need to cook. The apartment is modern and the air conditioning cools perfectly the entire apartment. We stayed at the property with our kids and the close path to the pool is wonderful. Amanda was very friendly, helpful and check in and check out went very well. She is a good host. We spent 3 great weeks in Marco's house. The house is very nice, a small garden with dining table allows you to eat outside in the shade when it's not too hot. A parking space is available nearby. Marco is very friendly and very responsive when needed or to answer questions. The neighborhood is quiet. If you like cats, you will win over with a white cat who enjoys coming to the garden to ask for pets… the great beaches are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Everything was great. Angela is a very kind person. We felt like at home. The apartment and the surrounding is very nice and quiet.

A big favorite for Gina's house! It is full of charm, atypical as we like, very well located (close to the most beautiful beaches on the island and the mountain! ), very well equipped (especially in the kitchen! Happiness for those who love to cook!). We loved using the grill and terrace! Despite the lack of air conditioning, we were not warm even in the middle of August. Gina is extremely kind and welcomed us very warmly! We felt right at home! Thank you very much Gina! We'll be happy to come back! 😊

The house has a very nice terrace and we had nice company by cute cats. The house was very clean and the communication uncomplicated and friendly. The beach can be reached in 7 minutes by car and we also found a pretty path on foot.
