Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Cappadocia

We loved our stay here. The location, 15 mins from the ski resort and 10 mins from town was ideal. The house was warm and cosy, and having a garden meant our kids played in the snow when we got home from skiing which they loved. FYI: there was no dishwasher as listed, kitchen equipment was minimal (but local food is deeeeelicious) and the boiler switched off a few times but we were able to fix ourselves and it gives instant hot water. We're hoping to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place is very close to the mountain, perfect for skiing. The place is quiet. A few amenities were missing but Kubilay was very responsive.

She can contact you right away with a problem as she is next to her own home, away from the comfortable noise. The location was very close to the bus station as she described. It was a cozy and warm place. Would recommend.

We preferred this place for our Erciyes ski vacation. From now on, this will be our first choice for all our Kayseri trips! The location of the house is an average of 10-15 minutes to both the runways and amazing downtown dining. We also had a very quick and easy communication with Kubilay. Our needs were met in every way and the helpfulness of the employees was very, very good. I would recommend this place to the whole Airbnb family. Best place to stay for a self-driving tour.The house is very new, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the supplies are all high quality.Ali, the housekeeper, is very good, enthusiastic, professional, passionate, responds very quickly and helps us solve various problems.If you don't want to live in a noisy location, this is your best choice, I recommend it!

The most impressive Airbnb apartment I’ve ever stayed in beautiful building high-quality good people running it

I have use Abnb across Europe and America and with no doubt this host goes above and beyond. They respond to your questions within minutes. They actually came one night and started a bonfire for us when we contacted them to ask where we could find wood…. I was not expecting them to show up within 10 min and do it for us. To say more the place is so much better than the photos. It is a beautiful private villa, with your private patio and also has a terrace which I don’t think is even in the pictures. The location is great within walking distance of the many restaurants and coffee shops. If you rent a car to visit all the kapadokya area, no worries you have your own parking spot. I highly recommend this place. I highly recommend y

We spent the most wonderful two weeks here! The space is cozy (nice and warm in the cold winter!), spacious, well-equipped, so comfortable, great internet for remote work and zoom calls, amazing bath, nicely decorated, peaceful, beautiful view, and just the sweetest and kindest and most welcoming hosts you could ever hope to meet. Serpil shared some of her amazing cooking with us which was unexpected and delicious, and Mithat (their son) was so helpful with any questions we had. We travel full time and this was one of the best stays we've ever had. It's perfect if you're self-driving too, as it has its own parking and it's so central, pretty much 10 minutes to most of the main attractions in Cappadocia. Highly highly recommend, and we hope to visit again!

This villa is a great stay if you want to be off the beaten path, but within reach of the major attractions. Be sure to rent a car, as this house is in the middle of a very small village away from all the things you will likely want to do. We had 5 dogs greet us every morning, which we absolutely loved. The only negative I would say is that the internet is absolutely useless.
