This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

The house is tastefully decorated with 2 terraces that offer a wonderful view. Since we were in the house in the low season, we had the facility almost to ourselves and it was wonderfully quiet. We almost always had the pool for exclusive use and we were often alone on the beach. In the neighboring village there was a very good bakery with great homemade ice cream varieties and small and large supermarkets.

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the pool and the area near the vila! Zef was very responsive, and helped us with whatever we needed. The area around the house is beautiful, liked Tolo and the beaches around. Will definitely come again! :)

First thing I want to say about Kiveri Gems Houses is that it looks exactly like the pictures. It's just outside the Kiveri but close enough that you can still walk to the village. House has a long , gated driveway that suddenly opens up to an incredible view of the Mediterranean. There are trees, flowers and even grass around. All units have great sea views. All we heard are sea gulls and waves. Apartment is spacious, kitchen has everything I needed. Beds have comfortable mattresses , lots of pillows and extra blankets. We slept with open windows (there are screens and blinds on every window ) It was very quiet, day or night. Harry is always available, answered all our questions, and had some suggestions for sightseeing. We were very zen at Harry's place. Great vacation with lots of wild and beautiful beaches around. Thanks Harry, we hope to come back next year!

We had a fantastic stay for 14 days. Our children adored the pool. The host Keith is very helpful and helps you with any worries. If you want to stay in this region, this stay is definitely recommended. Perfect for a family vacation. The house was sufficiently clean and spacious for our family. The road to the house itself is challenging, but once you've used it a few times, get used to it.
