Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cape Girardeau County

The location was very safe and quiet. Short, easy drive to Cape Girardeau. Amber was easy to communicate with and had quick responses. Parking was plentiful. Other residents of building were quiet. Very fast, reliable internet. Easy to use thermostat and smart tv. The bed was very comfortable.

The condo was exactly as described. Michael was a great host who was very responsive. The location and views are great. We would recommend to others.

Everything was great! Best mattresses I’ve experienced in a rental. Only downfall for me was the two flights of stairs while carrying suitcases and groceries. I didn’t think that one through😊., however I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and great location centrally located

Grace’s place was the perfect get away for a business trip. The location was more than ideal and having reliable parking was great. Grace provided me with local restaurant recommendations and responded to my messages very quickly. The place itself looked just like the pictures and it was so homey. I felt safe here. The exposed brick wall was gorgeous and I loved the gas lit fireplace. The bed was so comfy and the towel warmers in the bathroom were a nice addition. I will definitely be staying here the next time I am traveling through town! Thank you Grace!

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. We slept really well . So well in fact that I want to purchase the mattress we slept on ! The place is very convenient . Great experience. !

Very nice, very spacious. Great for traveling with the family, as there are two bathrooms and two showers. We came through for a very brief stop. It’s a very rural setting, in a tiny town so very quiet and peaceful. You can see the stars 🙂

Better than expected - this is such a lovely, well-appointed place. I came in for my best friend’s wedding. I hosted a breakfast the morning of and we all got ready there. It was fantastic! The cottage is located two blocks from the riverfront. There is so much to see there, so many places to eat. You can see the Emerson bridge right from the kitchen window. There is so much natural light!! Extremely warm and cozy. I would not hesitate to stay repeatedly.

Great weekend trip to the Cape for a track meet at SEMO. Chip was a great host and the house was very lovely. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town for track.

This stay exceeded expectations! The house is stately, original to the area like I was hoping. We all were comfortable here for a family reunion. My brother was able to park his RV on the property for the week stay. The surprise charcuterie board was a delightful treat, and it tasted as good as it looked. The fresh flowers added a charming touch to an already beautiful space. Located in the path of Totality 2024… ! Highly recommend

I stayed here on an extended stay for 2 months. Charles and his wife were absolutely a gift from above. Being a solo first time traveler was new for me, but this place helped me feel like I was at home. They were responsive with everything that I needed. The place was also fully stocked with everything that I may have needed, even extra things that I didn’t think that I needed (trash bags, sandwich bags, paper towels, crock pot, various food seasonings, COFFEE :) etc.) You will be very lucky if you are able to book this place, it’s truly a treat. It’s also close to everything like the mall, Walmart, various places to eat, downtown, literally everything. The balcony is also a cool place to hang out. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great spot close to downtown and the university. This house is quiet and spacious with a well stocked kitchen and great yard for the dogs. The screened in porch offers a great spot to hang out as well. Sydney was very responsive and communicated well before our stay as well as with quick questions through our stay.

Was an amazing home beautiful backyard and patio. Close to all the stores and Restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Our family had had some activities at the Sportsplex over a long weekend; the location of this house is great. You are within 5 to 10 mins of everything in Cape we wanted to go/see/do. Beyond the location, the beds were very comfortable. No one had any trouble sleeping. Check in was easy, Chantel was responsive on any questions we had before or during our stay. Our stay was exactly as advertised and we would choose this house again.
