Beachfront vacation rentals in Cape Coral

We had a fantastic stay! Pine Island is pretty remote, but the house is in a friendly/walkable neighborhood and it was so perfect we barely left all week! The diamond of this home is certainly the lanai and the extreme cleanliness of every single space indoors + out. The screens kept bugs away, the pool/hot tub were sparklingly clean, and outdoor furniture, fans and shade made it comfortable all times of day. We also utilized the kayaks and met a dolphin! Inside the house was amazing as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (the nicest kitchenware/dishes of any rental we’ve been to), the grocery down the road is new+convenient, and the rest of the house was filled with options for fun + relaxation (PacMan?!?!). Finally, the bedrooms were super cozy and I think the tilework in the squeaky clean bathrooms couldn’t be beat! So pretty! Maybe not the right spot for beaches or big entertainment but absolute perfection for a relaxing week on the canal with our pups!

This was home away from home, anything u need to cook is in the kitchen, very well stocked with any dish or utensil u may need! The water with a little beach area is within walking distance a couple streets over. Mark was very attentive when I asked to extend last minute. We had zero complaints.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This stay was short but truly unforgettable, and that’s entirely thanks to the most exceptional hostess I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were next-level—genuine hospitality that can’t be taught. The property itself is sweet, simple, and elegantly appointed with everything we needed for a peaceful night. The backyard was a slice of paradise, and the water access added such a serene, magical touch to the environment. The neighborhood was quiet and chill, and the whole island had this calming energy—as if time had slowed down for us to take it all in. But again, the true standout here is the hostess. We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

We loved this place! The house, location, pool, boatlift, driveway, ease of getting to inshore fishing, and so much more! Kelly is amazing and probably the most responsive host we’ve worked with. This place was perfect for us and we have already booked again!

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

It was like staying at a friend/family’s home. Located on a cul de sac, the place was very peaceful and quiet. Little tricky to unlock the door but you’ll get the hang of it. Upon entry the place looked Pristine with a fairly open concept. Two of the very noticeable and appreciated additives were the plentiful linen and towels as well as all the extra additives in the kitchen (pots , pans , seasoning etc). There were also cute little lotions, soaps etc in the bathroom. Laundry detergent etc were also present. The water pressure in the bathrooms were very good, beds in all the rooms were comfy and adequate televisions. The outside portion of the home was also very clean and the pool (with paid heating), was my kids favorite part of the house. My father in law loved sitting on the dock and casting out into the lagoon. The host was very attentive and responsive. Without a doubt on of the best homes I’ve rented. Would love to return in the future.

We were so happy when we opened the door and seen a beautiful place, clean new and up to date on everything, the location is ideal for everything the area has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is making a huge comeback! Plenty to do! The owners are very responsive.Will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Fort Myers Beach! The location was perfect—just a short half-block walk to the beach, which made it super convenient to come and go throughout the day. The house even provided a pull wagon and beach chairs, which were great extras for our beach outings. The pool area was a highlight for us! A great setup for afternoon happy hours, and the outdoor TV made it easy to catch the games while enjoying the Florida sun. Inside, the home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with lots of thoughtful little extras that made our stay even more comfortable. It was a perfect setup for our group of four. Also, the location was ideal—close to the heart of Fort Myers Beach with lots of restaurants and bars just a short walk or quick drive away. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun beach getaway!

Excellent place to stay! would highly recommend, spotless and even better than the pictures. Of note, everything we could possibly want in a kitchen was provided. Our family loved spending the nights out on the Lanai.

Very Beautiful stay and felt like home!

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Beautiful place with everything you could possibly need. Location is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood along a canal. Felt very safe. Located just a few minutes from Publix for any quick needs or groceries. The home had everything you would need to feel at home! Extra blankets, extra pillows, plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, coolers, toiletries, blow dryers, curlers, games... the list is endless! Bedrooms are beautiful. Lot of room to put your luggage, large closets and hangers if wanted. Everything was very neat and clean. The pool was lovely as well as the spa. You could notice the spa heating almost instantly when turning it on. The pool is kept at a great temperature and my kids had no hesitation getting in even on cooler mornings or evenings. We enjoyed watching a lizard and iguana friend we saw daily. Loved having the outdoor furniture to just hang outside. I have absolutely no complaints!!

We have stayed at many rentals all over, and Cape Coral a handful of times. Diane’s place is absolutely one of the best !Everything was perfect , bed , pool, decor, appointments, et all. Diane was a great host, accessible, helpful , when she says she wants your stay to be perfect she means it. Book this beautiful vacation house you will not be disappointed!!

Our family had a wonderful stay for the couple days! It was great that everything was new and clean (spotless - and I’m particular). Everyone slept well - street was quiet! Keep in mind the entire FMB area is still being restored after the 2023 storm. We felt the devastation that clearly so many experienced and were privileged to get to stay in Paul & Alicia’s lovely home. Pool was perfect temperature and great reprieve from the toasty beach. Perfect mix of shady sitting area & sunny lounges. Quick few minute drive to the grocery, enjoyed cooking out on the blackstone. We would definitely come back for a return visit!

Wonderful week at the beach! The perfect beach house! Everything you could want and need and right on the beach!. We had an amazing week with family and friends! Rode bikes, walked to restaurants, laid out by the pool and beach and enjoyed every minute together!

Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. She even got balloons as a favor so they would be there at check in!! We were also able to check in early which was extremely helpful as we got stuck in the Tampa airport overnight. While there are some homes destroyed from the hurricane and others being built, it did not subtract from the beauty of this newly remodeled and updated home. The pool isn't heated so it made for a chilly spring break (or refreshing depending on how you look at it) but Lisa is discussing this update with the owners.

Lori is a fantastic host! If you are a boater or fisherman then Saint James City is the perfect spot. Easy runs to Matlacha, Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo, Boca Grande, etc. Pine Island Sound is a world-class fishery and Lori's "Treasure Trove" is right in the heart of it👍👍

We stayed here as a family - 3 young ones included. It was incredible! The home is beautiful & is in a great location. Our host was quick to respond & very very helpful! Looking forward to coming back :)

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Had wine sitting on the dock. Bikes were perfect- although was so busy hiking and kayaking that we didn’t have time to use them. The local beach is only less than 2 miles away- walked there most mornings. Air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen had everything you could want. All in all- a wonderful experience!

Wendy's home was great as described in her listing. Communication with her was easy and helpful. We will return to Bokeelia although likely not until they complete the bridge so that it is two way traffic.

We have stayed at several ABnB’s and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The entire house was very clean and exactly as described. We loved sitting on the screened porch and watching manatees and dolphins swim by. We rented a boat and kept it at the private dock. So nice being able to go out and enjoy the area. There are several local restaurants nearby, within 2 miles, that serve fresh seafood that are really good. This house and location was perfect for us to explore the area. I highly recommend this home.
