Very beautiful location!!!! Clean place!!! Will be back!!!!

My husband and I had to make an emergency trip to New Braunfels and found this gem of a place. Brand new complex being built. Beautiful apartment. It was comfortable and we loved the location with easy access to all the places we needed to be. Would 100% stay here again.

Good area, very safe. the apartment is comfortable. Perfect for a family of four.

Great spot for the value. Street is a main artery for getting around but surprisingly quiet at night. Other tenants and neighbors were friendly, everyone going about their business. I would recommend this suite to anyone flying solo or a couple.

Great place. As described. Easy to access and a short walk (or even shorter drive) to the shops. Amenities were excellent and within easy distance of downtown Austin. Richy was very friendly and helpful (I got locked out of the laundry room (to be clear, the laundry room is in a seperate building, I wasn't locked out of a room in the apartment!), so remember to ask for the door code if you need to use it). I highly recommend this Airbnb and it's location and price!

This was a great location. Walking distance to so many amazing places in Austin! The place is small but we were only there to sleep & shower. Jay is a great host, responsive, kind and helpful!

Everything was perfect! The bed was so comfortable, Perfect after a long day at Seaworld! The balcony view in the mornings was a great way to start the day. The location was great too, Six flags is literally in the backyard too.

The stairs are quite a climb. Besides that, truly perfect place. I rarely ever Airbnb, but will specifically return to this exact condo unit. So clean, quiet, comfortable. Pretty view. Great location. Awesome Casablanca ceiling fans. Has everything you could ask for and more. Absolutely not a place that “seems” like an Airbnb. Exceeded my somewhat lofty expectations. Even the tiny details like all the lights dimmable and switches labeled, made it really comfortable. The owners of the unit should be proud. Looking forward to next time already.

The spacious accommodations exceeded our expectations! Beds and linens were very comfortable. The property is conveniently located about a half mile from Gruene Hall. Great value! Excellent choice!

We had a great stay and the kids really enjoyed the pool!

We had an amazing stay at the Oasis over thanksgiving! The house had everything we needed to prepare meals, and more. We had three families with children and created some of the best memories ever! We all had a blast doing karaoke on the first night, both the kids and the adults. We couldn’t keep the kids out of the heated pool even though it was chilly outside. The house has tons of floats and outdoor games. The entire house is really awesome, but the outside area is epic. We enjoyed watching TV, cooking meals, playing darts, and making s’mores, while also relaxing in the hot tub. It was a very special time at a very special property. We didn’t even leave the property except to go visit other family. The scenery is just beautiful, we felt like we had our own retreat. We’ll be coming back next year for sure! Brian is a great host & Tim was amazing at helping me figure out how to work everything. Thanks so much!!

Great location, responsive host, house was spacious inside and looked just like pictures. Only “complaint”: the driveway is small for how many the house can accommodate so we did have to park on the road so we didn’t block the driveway.

A very beautiful house with a lovely swimming pool which was super nice to be using after a hot Texas day! House was exactly as described and in a very calm area. Bonus was the deer, squirrels and opossum that visited us from time to time :) The house is in good condition and the host was very responsive. Would definitely staying here again!

Really fun place to stay with lots to do at the house! There was a lot of effort to make sure there are fun things to do at the location. If I come back to the area I would definitely stay again!

I got this place because it had 4 full bathrooms for myself and co workers. So everyone had privacy and the house was clean and organized.

Perfect play for a large group (especially guys) as you get your own bed, and the backyard is perfect for horsing around. Would stay again.
