A perfect stay to celebrate New Year's Eve with friends. Fanny created a cocoon where you can feel good and where you can warm up in front of the huge fireplace or in the hot tub. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the bedrooms are spacious. Small attention to more than 1.80 m: beams and doors can be a little low in places

Mansion with lots of charm, very well equipped (for both children and adults.) Large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

A great place with nice volumes and very nice decoration. We were a group of 9 adults and we were quite comfortable. The accommodation is very well appointed with all the comforts. In addition, Mariame is very available. A very good stay and a place to recommend.

The apartment was spotless, as described and photographed. The location is perfect, it's easy to get to downtown Rouen by transport or even on foot. The host was extremely responsive. I would recommend it without hesitation and would definitely stay again!

Thanks to the accommodation offered by Rachele, and his warm welcome, we were able to enjoy a sunny weekend in Rouen. She gave us good advice on the walks to do. A very pleasant accommodation and a responsive and warm host. Having towels, shower gel, tea and coffee is great. This is not the case everywhere. Access to the center is simple and quick both by metro and walking. I would highly recommend! Thank you for this short stay:)

Very quiet area, close to supermarkets and shops. The house is very clean and well-stocked, there's nothing really missing! Chantal welcomed us on a last-minute reservation, she's a really sweet and kind person. She gave us some typical products! I recommend this place to everyone! Thanks Chantal!

A very clean, spacious, bright, well decorated apartment. Instructions are clear, very easy to find. Communication is fluid. There is everything you need for a breakfast, vegetables in the freezer. The Parking space is a hell of a plus. I recommend it.
