Everything was great, Guilherme was attentive in the emails and it was not necessary to call him. Everything was just as you described. All attentive staff. The place offered exactly what was promised.

The whole hotel had already gone to that location and I think the whole hotel was sensational. The only thing that is “bad” in the flat, are the times of the restaurant that like it is on top of the ap, if you listen to all the vzs that the chairs are dragged. But since most people don't stay on the ape at these times, they don't realize it. However, it is not absurd. Tv's were with no internet signal, and I believe Guilherme must have fixed it by now. The place is veryooo good! The hot and soft beds, the double one is harder (which I prefer on account of the spine), has a lot of covers and pillows. The kitchen is well equipped as well. The super attentive and generous host! I loved the stay so much and hope to come back again!!!!

He had already rented Guilherme in another flat in the same hotel. It is a place that I like very much, in this issue we had a problem with the internet (only half of the connection and the other half had no sign at all), and the hotel did not solve, I spoke to the owner and he let us use another flat of his, so we stayed at 2 flats. He is super communicative, flexible, and always helps when we ask for it. Outside that all the flats I've ever used of it are great! Super recommend cost benefit!!!

Everything was perfect. The place is as it is published. Mr. Olavo was an excellent host: kind, polite, helpful. Communication with Bernardo was always smooth. The place is perfectly located in the center of Gramado. It has all the buyers and was super clean. Impossible! Super hosts for a super place.

Bernardo is very attentive and dear. We are very comfortable in your space It's simple but we had everything we need.

We love the stay! Everything is perfect, better than in the pictures! The apartment, the service, the pool!! We chose to buy the coffee (R$38.00), this one was perfect, with bubbly and live piano! The kids really enjoyed the playroom and the pool! We were in 3 adults and 2 children we will come back for sure!!

All great and super well served

I went with my husband and my two young children, they were wonderful days, the children loved everything, Edgar promptly answered all my questions, very attentive. I didn't even want to leave the hotel! As for Edgar, everything was perfect, the only problem was that on the last day we couldn't enjoy the pools because the indoor pool was closed for maintenance and at the same time they also closed the outdoor pool due to a problem with bees that would be captured by an expert, and so we were without a pool, which made the children sad. But in short it was soooo worth it!!

All perfect, very comfortable and clean apartment, access to the entire resort structure, we love it!

We love the space! Everything is well organized, clean, smells good! Super recommend it. The outer part of the hotel (pool and parks) was great for relaxing and children playing. Recreation is also available. My daughter loved it. 🥰

Julia was an excellent host that made our whole experience enjoyable and free of stress. The apartment was excellent and the resort is absolutely beautiful with lots of amenities and closed to everything. We highly recommend our host and her place and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience in the stay we had at Laghetto Golden Resort, Gabriela was very agile in everything that was requested during our negotiation, the place is very new inaugurated less than 1 years ago, the structure is excellent and super indicated for families with children, where the structure of the Resort is welcoming and aimed at a perfect experience, the fact that it is a standard structure Laghetto a reference in Serra Gaúcha is the guarantee of a perfect choice.

The room is clean, with great space for 2 adults and 2 children. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Bedding and bath towels are of great quality. The hotel structure is excellent. Breakfast with lots of options and very tasty. Janaína answered any questions and clarified all the details of the stay. I recommend the listing.

Second time I stay at the golden I really liked Alexandre's apartment because it was singing so zero noise from people and conversations through the hallway and because it was on the ground floor as it was with my elderly father and my young son was close to the reception, restaurant and pools compared to the other apt that I stayed the last time it will be in the second floor. Apt clean and wide I really like this hotel so we came back and we will definitely come back more often

Second time staying in this place incrivél! Cleda was very attentive and promptly answered my doubts! The venue has room service and has a microwave, if you need dishes you can pick up at the Resort restaurant. It was wonderful!
