Wonderful stay. The house is better than the pictures. Several days of rainy and cold and the temperature of the house was fantastic, cozy, super clean, has everything you need and breathtaking views. We loved it. Marcos is super friendly, responsive, and lets you feel at home.

The place is in good condition and matches the description, I recommend it. The host is very friendly and responds quickly😊. On the site there are parking places but there are usually quite a few cars, also the site is recommended and cozy. Flexible check-in and check-out is appreciated, especially if you come from another autonomous community or a place far away.

I found the house beautiful, with everything necessary and very clean, the expectable environment and having the river in front and hearing the sound of the water is very relaxing. They left us eggs and homemade honey that was delicious. Very attentive hosts, when we go there we hit the wheel and they told us a nearby place to repair it. I definitely recommend this place.

We were very comfortable, a very quiet area to disconnect and if you go with a pet you are in a wonderful environment and ideal for them. The little house has everything you need and lots of land. On one of our morning walks inside the estate we saw deer, an unforgettable experience.

We stayed here in late March and it is a comfortable, cosy place and a great base for exploring Asturias. Isaac was very friendly and helpful and communicated with us to make sure everything went smoothly. Although the weather wasn't on our side, we still had a nice relaxing short break and the house was quiet, had nice views and was easy to find.

The house has everything: equipment, comfort, views, light, tranquility... and what Rocío does not contribute with his proactive advice, his generosity and his kindness. The best experience possible. We are a traveling family, numerous stays in very diverse places for many years, and we have never enjoyed ourselves so much. The house is spectacular, very spacious and with everything you need. You feel at home, there is absolutely everything! Toys, board games, appliances of all kinds, etc. I think part of the magic is that you keep discovering new things, new corners, views, etc. every day. And well, the views are breathtaking… typical Asturian mountainous landscape, green, with scattered houses. Waking up and seeing that is a luxury. And finally, Maria, the host. She was there for us at all times. She didn't miss a single detail. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

We had a very comfortable stay. Marta and Cipri have been very attentive@s. The accommodation has all the amenities that may be needed, cerce of recommended sites to visit. We would repeat!

The apartment is very comfortable and wider than I thought. With everything you need for your stay. Next to the Huca and very well connected. Very friendly the neighbors that I crossed during my stay and also the doorkeepers. A ten. Good sleep at night, no noise. The neighborhood has all the services you could need, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and with the shopping center of the Prados al ladito. I've known the area for some time now, and the neighborhood is great. Below the building where the apartment is located there is an A Toda Mesa restaurant, ideal for eating. So I recommend the apartment because the value for money fits quite well. I will repeat for sure.

Great choice. Spacious, comfortable, living ("home environment"), clean, comfortable and bright. The porch/terrace, overlooking the huertín and the houses of the mountain across the valley, is a luxury. In the winter, it has heaters and pellet fireplace. The village is another success. Halfway between playa and mountain, with plenty to see nearby. Small, quiet, quiet, cozy, but with nearby basic needs (pharmacy, medical center, 2 bars/shop, cashier). It is the world capital of rice with milk ("requemao", as it should be), but they also make there the best hazelnut and cocoa cream we have ever tasted. Specify to a review above, that the toilet works well and you can flush toilet paper. What the owners (common sense) ask is not to throw wipes and towels. :-) Both Ainhoa and Ivan were charming, friendly and attentive, with full availability and due to any need. 8 days got short. We'll probably be back.
