Vacation rentals with beach access in Canal du Midi

The apartment was in line with both the description and what we were looking for. In a clean and tranquil area. The house and surroundings are nice. We met Julien and Anaïs, available and pleasant. We can only say something positive about our stay and we'll definitely stay there again. In the meantime, thank you again for making this apartment available.

Everything was perfect (apart from the weather but who was responsible?). The guidelines welcome the service and the point of view to relive quickly.

i had a nice weekend at Pierre Marie's place. The apartment is very well located, you can make food and watch the sea it's just beautiful. very clean accommodation, bedding is impeccable I slept like a baby 😉 Pierre Marie was very professional and very accommodating on arrival and departure time. Evelyne's place is very spacious and bright, very nice for our group of 5 adults, 3 children and a baby. It is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. The location is perfect, not even 5 minutes from the beach, ideal for going along the seaside and walking with the family. The apartment is secured thanks to a large electric gate and has two secure parking spaces inside the courtyard which is very nice. Evelyne is a great host who is very responsive, accommodating and attentive! Thank you again for your availability and see you soon!

Our new favourite spot in the South of France. Fantastic apartment where unobstructed views of the sea and tranquil sounds of the waves can be enjoyed - a quiet location, with only a short walk to many good restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is the perfect base for not only excursions to nearby Arles, Nimes and the Camarque but with no more than 20 paces to the beach we spent a lot of time just enjoying the water, beach and stunning views as well.

We (a family of three) enjoyed staying at Olivier's place very much. The house is very close to the beach & Olivier provides a lot of what you need on the beach (sunbeds, umbrellas, ...). The house is nicely decorated, clean & we found everything we needed. Olivier was very quick to respond to any questions. Overall, we enjoyed it very much and if we come to Marseillan Plage again, we would love to take this house again.

Lovely time in this simple apartment a few steps from an amazing beach. It's not fancy but has everything you need for a beach stay and the shutters and Aircon are a nice touch.

Amazing stay in an amazing place! For 3 days the weather was on break .. a perfect place for a wonderful family time! Both a children's paradise (perfectly equipped house for an infant and child) but also a paradise for adults. A really exceptional place, the house is very well equipped, we lacked nothing! The host was accommodating and allowed us to enjoy the place more than expected (check-in + early possible). We recommend, and we sincerely and warmly thank the hosts! This is an address we keep in mind for an upcoming wk 🥰

We enjoyed staying with Claudie and Corinne very much. The apartment is hearty and has a very nice roof terrace. From there the view of the sea and the Pyrenees is simply fantastic. Corinne and Claudie were very straightforward and helpful. They are very attentive and nice hosts. Thank you for everything.

cute house. very well located. beach accessible through a gate 2min walk. noted that there is no sofa. so we were there at the end of October and not easy to stay at the table but it was clearly indicated in the listing and I hadn't really seen ... so a little disappointed. despite everything, very good stay and very responsive and accommodating host.

Great location, seeing the sun rise from your bed is priceless. Thierry and Sophie welcomed us very warmly and do everything they could to make you have a pleasant stay without worries. Everything is available for a great stay.

Stayed very well, the accommodation is located right next to the beach, ideal also for long walks all along. There is a lift which is appreciated when you are charged and the air conditioning is also too hot if it is too hot. Balcony well located in relation to the sun with sea view. As for the port and restaurants/shops, they are easily accessible by foot in a little 15 minutes if not parking just next door. Gérard was very welcoming, responsive and flexible on schedules, thank you very much.

Impeccable apartment with a magnificent sea view. You have access to the beach downstairs from the building. The only downside is that there is no Clim and during a heat wave it is the insured furnace.

Lovely apartment, fab location, so close to beach as well as shops and restaurants. Loved the local wildlife. A beautiful sunrise every morning. Rene was responsive to all correspondence and Henri who welcomed us, was friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. Even with the language barrier, we had no problems at all. Would recommend this top floor apartment to everyone!!

Our 10 days at Cécile went very well, she is very responsive, good advice and welcomed us on really flexible schedules which allowed us to make the most of it! We had a great time in Port-la Nouvelle in low season. A very quiet and relaxing environment, amenities accessible on foot. A big plus for parking facilities. The space was clean, the bedding quality (a big plus for memory pillows😊). Host has been responsive, and access to the listing is very easy. An address to recommend.
