The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We did our annual meeting with old friends and it was the perfect location! There was a large living room to stay together, fully equipped kitchen! Extreme peace of mind and breathtaking scenery ! The kittens around the house are so sweet. The lady was then so kind that upon our arrival, knowing we were winemakers, she left us 4 bottles to taste in the area ! Thank you !

Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. A vacation overlooking beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to spacious spaces, with attention to detail. From the large windows light comes in from dawn to dusk and the livable kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only downside is the lack of light in the ones on the lower floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is an important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. BBQ grill, pool, pool tables and Ping Pong table are the icing on the cake, which have made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously highly recommended.

Ricardo, the host, was awesome. Very responsive. Got us a stroller when the airline lost ours. Gave us some great restaurant recommendations and overall was just great. Thanks Ricardo!!!

The apartment is super nice for visiting Pescara, it is central and you can easily walk to the center. Also, Mario's father who received us was super kind and gave us several directions to the area. Everything was excellent.

we only stayed in this house for one night, we 7 friends. Everything was perfect, from communication to cleanliness. Roberto is truly a good person and very professional. Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flow of the Gizio River, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's tips on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center to reach on foot) and what to see were helpful. Highly recommended

We stayed in this beautiful home with my husband, our 2-year-old, dog and cat and we were all welcomed and pampered in the best way. The house is equipped with everything you need both to clean (sponges, detergents, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, soaps, toilet paper and first aid kit) and to use the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishes of all kinds and even unbreakable plates and glasses suitable for small children). The house was extremely clean and warm, comfortable even for the coldest like me. The parking space right next to the entrance gate made unloading and loading luggage very easy and pleasant. Sabrina's family and Sabrina herself pampered us with wonderful gifts like cookies and fresh fruits from their garden. For us it was a perfect stay, I can only recommend it to anyone, even those like us who travel with small children and/or animals. Voto: 10 and praises!!!

Perfect apartment, really tastefully furnished and very clean! In the upper part of Rocca di Mezzo it is very comfortable and in a quiet area. Also convenient for parking in the large square in front of the house. Perfect for a family. Claudio is an attentive guest, he suggested good places to eat and take snow walks. Thank you !

Very clean accommodation. Breakfast with donut and various delicacies (tarts, cookies and curtains). Kitchen with everything you need to cook. Beautiful and clean bedrooms. Impeccable bathrooms with towels, shampoo, bath, hairdryer, etc... Congratulations!!!

where do we even begin? from the first moment we stepped inside the house, we felt at home, overwhelmed by an incredibly warm welcome from the host family. like we knew each other for years. no pictures can describe how beautiful this place is. and the main part of this beauty is LOVE the place is created with. top that with outstanding panoramic views, amazing nature scenery surrounding you everywhere you move inside the amazing garden. the pool is just something you never want to leave. I can go on and on, and on, but there's a limit for the review. we are out of the words, we are speechless, we are grateful we were lucky to have the experience that will stay in our hearts forever. big big big thanks to you! hope to say "chao" to you once again soon!

Very kind and very helpful lady. Super fragrant sheets and towels, very comfortable mattress and pillows. The Dishwasher is definitely a strong point, a cozy house with everything you need...even a hairdryer with diffuser😍. We felt right at home!! Thank you

Was a great house, very private, Gabrielle was very responsive and helpful. It is very very quiet at night and very dark, so I suggest maybe bring a night light with you if you can’t sleep in total darkness. Very nice bathroom and kitchen and an easy private place to park. Over all very good. 5 stars.

Delightful house, with beautiful view, all the comforts, perfect garden for those traveling with animals like us. Domenico is a special and very helpful person, he pampered us, recommended and helped us in everything. The surroundings are very nice, we had the good fortune of very nice days and we also stayed on the beach a quarter of an hour from home. Truly perfect thanks again for everything.

Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly near the entrance door, so very convenient. We loved everything and will definitely be back. A real wedding favor, taken care of in every detail, cozy and perfectly inserted in the magical context of the village. The location was perfect for exploring two iconic places: Campo Imperatore and Rocca Calascio, where we took two spectacular trekking days, surrounded by unspoiled nature and breathtaking views.
