Great apartment, fast communication with Ventz, great acoustics, excellent location, the ap is within a complex with good restaurants, very good coffee and live music. As a suggestion to further improve the space (which is very good), it is important to put a support inside the box to put soaps, shampoo... And if possible put the streaming options on the tv of the bedroom also in the living room. Only details, the stay was very good.

All according to description, place totally clean, organized, great location! Condominium with the best improvements. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Location is great in a highly secure building. Pool and gym were nice and sufficient. WiFi works very very well and the apartment is well equipped. Tatiana was a great host who always responded quickly. She also provided great recommendations for activities in the city. I would stay here again.

I really liked the place. Very beautiful the view of the pool, safe and easily accessible environment. Hosts were quite receptive. I loved it and would come back. It is inside the mall.

The apartment is beautiful and has useful things that do not have other apartments in that same building. like a bathroom with the possibility of washing when using the toilet, an induction kitchen which is safer when there are children, the bed is very comfortable and extra large. Lorena's attention although it was purely for messages, she was very kind and understanding. I highly recommend this apartment.

The comfortable and clean room, great location, steps from the beach and food patio, the hotel offers several activities to do with the children. We will definitely be back.

Excellent host, I was attentive to our queries. When we asked her for chairs and umbrella I buy them so that we had during our stay, it seemed like a great gesture.

Our stay at Ronaldo and Mari's house was great, they are great hosts that are very welcoming and friendly, we feel like we have in our house, in touch with nature, very quiet, great for rest. The very quiet neighborhood, has everything you need nearby. The very cozy house, everything clean and organized, the very comfortable beds, very good showers, in the end everything perfect. super recommend it.

Cristina and Felipe are excellent hosts, from the 1 day I contact them to coordinate and ask until the last days of our stay. We were greeted with chocolates, the place is very warm for those who like architecture. It is ideal their houses are poetry. You can breathe air and a lot of silence which allowed us a great rest. It is close to beautiful beaches and they advised us wonderful places. We would definitely choose them again for our next trip. Thank you for everything for making our stay as comfortable as possible!!!

Excellent 4-night stay, cozy house, with plenty of space and room integrated with the kitchen and garden views. Safe condominium and excellent location. Alexandre always available for any information. Next holiday season we will be back with the whole family again !!!

Great house, well located, with a very beautiful beach, practically foot in the sand.. We were very surprised. Not to mention that host Adalgisa, we rewrote very well, and without giving us the most attention, we just have to thank the hospitality.

The stay was very quiet and I recommend it to those who are demanding. The district met and exceeded expectations regarding comfort, cleanliness, amenities and well-being. The hostess was always readily available for any questions politely and sympathetically. The location is good for walking distance being close to the sea and a market for small daily shopping. Pool and jacuzi work very well. New and easy-to-use appliances. Security of the house very suitable with an electric fence, high walls guaranteeing privacy, camera monitoring in a neighborhood with policing always present in the vicinity.

The house, the beach, the views, the places, everything was perfect. Janine's kindness and attention to every query and every detail were excellent, the house has everything you need and more to have an amazing stay. We went with my large family and all entered without any problem and very comfortable. The ladies who went to do the cleaning very friendly too and left everything very clean and tidy. We look forward to returning soon.

Excellent stay. The apartment is as seen in the photos, plus the warmth of each of the details. Communication with Claudia was perfect and the reception staff was otherwise kind. The area is beautiful and the sea is just a few meters away. 10 out of 10!!

The apartment is in a perfect area of Jurere, very close to restaurants and supermarkets and 4 blocks from the beach. The stay was excellent, the apartment is very comfortable and spacious, we felt right at home. The terrace is super large, where you can have roasted and enjoy the views. The complex is impeccable, it has a pool and playroom for children. I recommend staying at Maria's house and I'm sure we'll be back!

It was a family trip, all adults. We were positively surprised, as the apartment was wider and more illuminated than we saw in the pictures. Rooms with super comfortable beds and with air conditioning. Gustavo provided us with extra mattresses that comfortably accommodated our family. Highlight for the space with BBQ. The location is perfect, with parking space and public spaces in front of the building – very close to the beach, and about 1km supermarket Imperatriz and the Open Jurerê. Certainly, a space we recommend for families, both adults and children.

I agree with everything indicated in the listing, un💯!! not only the apartment that was SPECTACULAR but also the GREAT attention of Paula! a luxury of host, she responded quickly , she left us flexible arrival and departure times, she left us as a gift chocolates , and a wine, in the courtesy apartment there was also salt, sugar, coffee, oil , everything was very good! We would definitely be back! 😁

The place was excellent, Monica and her husband are excellent hosts, always aware of how we were and recommending activities and places to visit. The apartment is amazing, matches the photos and even better. The amenities and the condominium are beautiful has exclusive exit to the beach and the security of the area is the best. The beach to which the condominium faces is the best and the cleanest in Florianópolis. If I visit Campeche again I would choose the same apartment again.
