The apartment is very new. The spaces exceeded the expectations of the photos. All very clean and organized. The outdoor area is a great differential. Although the swimming pool was small was widely used and was delicious. All air-conditioned surroundings that worked very well. Essential for the heat of BC. Very good location, very comfortable and clean apartment, but there is a lack of air conditioning in the common spaces (living room and dining room). The person who received us did not answer the messages and gave us the apartment an hour late, and the concierge is very unkind.

The apartment is really beautiful, just like what you see in the photos and even nicer, it has everything you need and everything is super comfortable! The only detail to take into account is the noise of the constructions of the buildings that are being built, they start very early, so sleeping in the mornings if necessary, to rest, it gets annoying. Of course it is understandable that it is something that is not under the control of the hosts and is due to the development of the city. Other than that, spectacular building and apartment! I recommend it and would like to return soon!
