This place is even prettier in person! The water view is so calming and the decor is amazing! Every bed in the house was super comfy and everything was spotless. The host were super nice and always responsive to any questions or concerns I had. The house accommodated 8 guest perfectly and local stores weren’t too far away. My favorite part of the house was the large dining area and table….great for making memories! Loved everything about my stay and I look forward to coming back to visit :).

Andrea’s place is great. It was exactly what I expected. The place was clean, great location and just what I needed for my stay. The views are amazing! Andrea was responsive and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

My friends and I recently stayed at Dave's place in Grasonville, Maryland, and it was exactly what we needed for a short getaway. The house was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard, overlooking the river, was absolutely stunning and offered the perfect spot to watch the sunsets. It was peaceful and relaxing. The fact that it’s pet-friendly made it even better—our furry friends had just as much fun as we did! The hot tub was a fantastic touch, allowing our group to unwind and chat after a day of exploring. Dave was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and always went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful retreat. We’ll certainly be back!

Pat and Nell were such wonderful hosts. It was the perfect mix of function for a nearby swim meet at St Mary’s and relaxation like a mini vacation. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are nice and the shower is wonderful. Although we didn’t use the laundry it was so nice to have accessible units so we could dry my son’s swim suit and towels in between sessions. The location is just beautiful, filled with lots of history which Pat was so gracious to share with my boys and I. Highly recommend.

It would have been enough to sit on the Adirondack chairs watching the sun go down across the water, gently rippling in the red-hued light. It would have been enough to have a roof over our heads and a camp stove boiling a billy of tea. But along with the beautiful view, we got an exquisite residence, gracefully appointed with delicate but bold furnishings, redolent of elegant craftsmanship and subtle design inspirations. Surrounded by beauty, both natural and engineered, our three nights away were restorative and rejuvenating beyond our expectations. To boot, Evan is a kind, communicative, and attentive host. My wife and I are planning a return visit.

We loved the house; cozy, nicely decorated, with many pieces of original art that really added character. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. The location right on the water was wonderful, and Nancy provided kayaks, which we took advantage of. Our dog was beside himself with so much room to run. Nancy’s daughter and family live next door, and we spent quite a few hours enjoying conversation and local knowledge with them. We would go back again.

This house was great! It had everything we needed while traveling with a baby. Jacqueline was so helpful, friendly and such a pleasant person. Very caring and was available everyone I reached out to her. The house was very comfortable. Our group of 10 had no complaints. I would 100 percent recommend this house to friends and family. Easthaven was probably the best stocked and most well-appointed place I’ve ever stayed! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need (including snacks and coffee for us), there was an abundance of linens, and any indoor or outdoor game you could want. We were all blown away by the sheer amount of amenities! Abbie was responsive and helpful and the house was full of thoughtful touches. Zero complaints - already looking forward to coming back sometime!

Simply beautiful place, from the spotless interior to the breathtaking view. Brittany was the best host I’ve had! She was incredibly friendly and accommodating with check-in, and communicated regularly to make sure all my needs were met—even left a handwritten card! Even through cold and rainy weather it was a beautiful, relaxing retreat with everything I needed and more, including great restaurants right below. Would love to visit again!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at this beach house. The interior was pristine and clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We loved the lighting in the living room and private bedroom, which made the space feel even more inviting. The house was very spacious, perfect for two people but could easily accommodate more. Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend a gain. Enjoying Christmas in St Michaels. Your home is beautiful. We ate at Ava’s, Limoncello, Carpenters and Talbots. Shopped on Sunday. Highly recommend the house tour. She you again soon.🥰

A nice peaceful place to stay. Easy to get into town. A little tricky to find the first turn off the main road, but once you see the sign it makes sense. Would bring everything you need including ingredients to cook (sugar for coffee, salt, etc). But cleaning supplies are there and it's all very comfortable.

Stayed here to see a few friends who live in the Ebb Tide area. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. We were only two people but with the sun room it was clear to see there are a few options for people to spread out and not feel on top of each other. This is a nice peaceful area about 15 minutes away from downtown colonial beach and a great location for a getaway. I would stay here away without hesitation.

A great find, and just what we needed! It was perfect for my husband, myself and our teenage son. We took the upstairs bedroom and he had the downstairs bedroom. We loved the fire pit outside and having a front row seat to the bay. The house was quaint and just perfect for the three of us. We enjoyed walking around North Beach, and also enjoyed a couple of their great restaurants, even in the off season!

We had a great stay here. The location is great and less than 2 hours from DC. The house was large and cozy, with everything we needed to enjoy our quiet weekend. The restaurants and breweries in town were also a lot of fun. We fully intend to come back and visit soon!

Nicholas was an amazing host. He was proactive and incredibly responsive when I couldn't figure out how to unlock the child lock setting on the dryer! The home was gorgeous for a peaceful weekend and we had fun walking on the beach with our dog. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need and beyond our expectations with the laundry soap and dryer sheets. In addition, there are snacks, games, books and more. We enjoyed the fireplace and BBQ grill as well. I would highly recommend this home as a real place of peace, and highly recommend Nicholas as a wonderful human! ❤️ We will be back!!

We loved this snug, little spot on the water. Watching the sunrise over the water made for enjoyable mornings. It had a full kitchen that made cooking our meals very easy. Two seating areas in the living area gave us room to spread out. Fast wifi....I even stayed online while I was down by the water. I wasn't a huge fan of the overly curious swans, but I did find some really nice pieces of sea glass down by the water. The heat in this house was great.

Our family traveled from South Carolina for a funeral in LaPlata MD (a short drive away from this home). Jane's property was just what we needed to accommodate our family of 6. The house was clean, comfortable and well equip with everything that was needed. The ping pong table in the garage provided much needed entertainment when we had down time. The views were absolutely beautiful and we can not wait to come back. While there we enjoyed crabs at Captain John's crab house a couple of miles away. I would totally recommend this home to anyone that is traveling for business, leisure or just a peaceful, quiet getaway. Thanks Jane for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us.
