As an added bonus, there's a mall just across from the property, perfect for grabbing a bite or doing some quick shopping. Overall, this Airbnb is a top choice for anyone attending events at the Philippine Arena or looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

We stayed a month and had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect and comfortable. The grocery and food options downstairs made the location extremely convenient. We were able to walk around to Greenbelt and Rockwell Center. Pasay and BGC were a quick Grab. Thank you so much Aj and Emilia for having us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Donna and Phillip are so nice hosts! They accommodated my last-minute booking to celebrate me and my partner's birthday. I love the unit, the linens are clean, bathroom, and bedrooms are clean. The towels are fresh. I love that there's an ATM machine at the back of the front desk, so it's so convenient to withdraw money if you need cash. However, the convenience store is somehow not convenient, but it's not the Host's fault. I still gave a 5-star rating coz my experience with the place is so good and nice. I will definitely go back to this listing if I need a quick get away. Thank you so much to the hosts who's very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much!

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

The cleanest apartment we had in the Philippines! Great kitchen, comfy bed, cool pool on the rooftop and nice gym. Access card was really easy to get. Supermarket, convenience store and Starbucks around the corner. The only thing we would like to say is that the big street is really loud and the windows let a lot of noise through, also during the night, which was sad, because we would have needed some quiet. Otherwise from that it felt like home away from home!

I had an amazing time. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The wifi is a bit slow at 10mbps but it worked out fine since I stayed alone. Not sure if it’s the same if there are a lot of people. The place is good for walking but not a lot of restaurants near the area. I had to go to SM north edsa to eat out. Nevertheless, I slept like a baby. This is a great place to relax, unwind and reflect about life. Highly recommended.
