Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Caledonia

Jacob has done a great job with this place! It’s comfortable and well furnished and makes you feel right at home. I was here for an extended stay and am definitely sad to leave such a great spot. Great location, nearby grocery, quick access to the highway, very easy to get downtown, good restaurants nearby as well. Jacob and Austin were great cohosts, very accommodating and professional - their responsiveness was stellar! Overall a great stay, highly recommend staying here!

The property was very clean and cozy. While we were there in winter and couldn’t take advantage of the lake, the location and view were beautiful.

We have stayed at Tom and Crizaida's house several times, which speaks to how wonderful it is to be there. Their home is always immaculate, cozy, and a wood burning fireplace is hard to find. They are easy to communicate with and very nice people.

Need to spend a night in the Racine/Kenosha area and stumbled upon this gem! There were four of us and our little dog and it was perfect. I think each of us said, “it’s too bad we’re not staying for another night!” The pictures don’t really do it justice but Mindy’s house is homey, comfortable, and spotless! The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfy, and the backyard/river view is wonderful. Thank you Mindy!

We rented this Airbnb to go skiing at Alpine Valley and it was perfect for our group! All of the bedrooms are amazing and the home looked even better than the photos. The host went above and beyond it making sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend staying here!

Loved staying here! It was perfect for our big family. The 2nd house I actually in the backyard and is just as beautiful as the front house! It was beautifully decorated and remodeled and 15 -20 minutes to anything! It was so perfect for a bigger group! Rebecca was so responsive and great hosts!

The stay was great and really felt like home. It was one of the best Christmas we have had. Plenty of room for the whole family to come over for Christmas dinner. Thanks again. We will stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Perfect location near Third Ward, Public Market, and breweries we were visiting. Comfortable place with everything we needed for the weekend. Communication was proactive yet they responded to any questions we had quickly. If you are going to Milwaukee and want to explore area around Third Ward on foot, this place is ideal.

Julie was a great host. I booked her place for my parents to stay at while they visited. They absolutely loved the place and enjoyed their stay. Julie was very responsive and accommodating.

Lourdes and her place felt like being at home. An extremely comfy place and great place to be lowkey for the weekend. Love to visit again as a small getaway. Super clean all around and very private. My partner and I enjoyed our privacy and time together while being here.

Out of all the AirBnBs I’ve stayed in, this definitely lands on the top internationally. Excellent for short visits as well as long stays. Host is responsive and amiable, never felt like I wasn’t taken care of. Location is perfect as well, very central and close to everything.

The place was clean, quiet, and safe. It is an amazing location if you are traveling to go out on trails and see nature. Our son left behind a book and the host offered to mail it to us! Very kind of him. We had a great stay.

We loved staying above Bert’s in the much bigger than expected apartment! The linens and bed was super comfortable, bathroom had tons of towels and a washer dryer. There were welcoming amenities like coffee and bottles of water! It is right above Bert’s bar which was so fun, great spot to check out: walkable to the lake path right across the street and a cute coffee shop la finca within walking distance as well. Would recommend this spot, we can’t wait to stay again!

The host was very responsive and made check in a breeze! The unit was super clean and not far from the the downtown area. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great condo that was in a beautiful setting. We went in the Fall and the property was very quiet. We saw turkeys and deer and enjoyed the view of the lake from the condo. Mars restaurant was a short walk away which was also nice.

We had a great family experience at Grand Geneva Resort.

My cousins and I do an annual get away weekend every year and we were looking for the perfect spot and Abey’s place was it!! We had such a wonderful time! Her responsiveness to any text I sent was responded to immediately. She gifted us a welcoming champagne and even offered an entire dinner on her! We were incredibly happy with our stay, and the place is beautiful!! The layout is so unique and the backyard is like a dream! I am so incredibly thankful for Abey and for making our cousins get away weekend one to remember. We definitely will be back! If you need a perfect stay, no need to look any further Abey’s place is the one!

Truly a gem near Lake Geneva. Plamena’s place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to host our families. It was our first time vacationing again after having babies earlier this year and our toddler had a blast. She won’t stop talking about “her toys” at the airbnb. Plamena’s place is also a 5 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva which was very convenient. Our overall experience was great, Plamena is an amazing host and we look forward to staying with her again in the near future.

It’s a very nice and unique stay. The whole family enjoyed their time, so many activities to keep everyone occupied. The home has plenty of room so everyone had enough space to spend together and to eventually branch apart in small groups all over the house, it seems all families seem to do at some point, especially when you have teenagers. I also enjoyed how private the location was. I would recommend this place to anyone and may stay here again if given the chance.

Great stay and location!

We were very fortunate to book Wendi’s condo just a couple weeks prior to our trip. We wanted to celebrate a friend’s birthday away from Chicago and chose Lake Geneva for the proximity. We found Wendi’s condo to be a perfect combination of location, space, and amenities. Being just a 10-minute drive to Lake Geneva’s downtown allowed us to explore/eat and be back in time to enjoy the sunset and relax. There are Uber drivers around the area so none of us had to draw straws to be the DD. Keep in mind the entire complex becomes very quiet in the evening – this could have been due to us arriving the weekend after July 4th. Luckily, we came up here to relax but if you are arriving with a loud group you may upset the older neighbors. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or tennis courts, we did visit The Ridge hotel for its fantastic coffee shop and restaurant. Overall, we had a great time, felt comfortable and got exactly what we came up here for. Thanks Wendi!
