Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Calabardina

we have held a workation in Trini's apartment for 4 weeks. Wi-Fi in the room works great. The sitting room is spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the buzz from the street. The kitchen is well equipped. we cooked regularly. the bedroom was fine. The bed could have been a little bigger. But we slept well there. the 2nd bedroom we used as the 2nd work station. The roof terrace is really a plus. very spacious. You can sit there. that it is in the middle of the center, we loved it. we enjoyed and felt completely at home

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. One minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars & restaurants. Jose Antonio was a fabulous host. Would recommend.

Beautiful views from the balcony.Restraurants around the corner for a nice breakfast and in the evening for an sundowner. . We will definitely come back.

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

The apartment was beautiful in a great location to walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping walking distance. Bed was very comfortable. This home is a one bedroom, with a second bed in the living space. Third floor with no lift, be prepared for some exercise :) There is a bar on the first floor, can get a bit noisy but overall was fine. Host was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, with great views. location is perfect for all needs beach shops restaurants all within walking distance. very good host left us to do as we please, all in all good value great location for our family of 6.

We were allowed to stay longer spontaneously, which says it all. It was a great time and we felt very comfortable. Feel free to come back anytime.

Wonderful and comfortable place. Very spacious and packed with everything you need for an excellent stay. It is within walking distance of downtown and near all the attractions but on a quiet area. The garage is a most welcome feature. If you have a car, the beaches recommended by the host are a few Km away and worth the travel. Would definitely come back.

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. The air conditioning was vital for these hot days. The residential complex is very quiet, the pool is open until midnight and there is a Mercadona supermarket about 200 meters away. We'll be back on our next visit to Vera Playa.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

Tango Francisco José as his wife was super helpful and kind to us. Everything was perfect and clean. For everything we needed they were attentive and were very understandable with the inconveniences we could have. We are very grateful to them and if we come back we have no doubt that we will try to contact them again.

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

Mr. Antonio has always been a message away. very attentive, flexible and attentive. I would certainly rent many other times knowing that he is the owner of some property!

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

Beautiful place with a lovely view. It was quite windy when we were there in march so we needed to fetch the pillows for the terrace all over the place. I recommend this place! /Anna

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.
