Cesar is an exceptional host. He communicated clearly with us from the moment we booked our villa. We were a large group of 12, and we had plenty of space in the beautiful villa. The master suite was a great addition allowing a little bit of privacy or downtime when needed. The kitchen area was outside the main villa and a perfect way to cook or prepare food without disturbing other group members , it was well equipped. Cesar went out of his way to make us feel at home and I loved the welcome gifts of food and beer . Thank you so much

This Villa is great value for Money. We stayed in peak season, and although it is a little out of the way from the party scene (which we all enjoy), you will not find much better value for money, for quality and size of villa. Taxis came on all occasions when pre booked, except once. Uber was on the island this year as well and we were able to get Ubers from here. Isabella was a fantastic host and answered all queries promptly and with ease when requested. There was no trouble at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Claudia provided great communication on check in, restaurant/bar options, and how to get to the house. She even left snacks and drinks since we were arriving late at night. House and surroundings were beautiful and worked great for our weekend getaway to Ibiza. Thank you, Claudia!

The host Sebastian and his wife was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions that we had . The villa was spotless and had enough bathrooms for a group of 10. Sebastian was very accommodating and consented to a party night at the villa which made my 60 th birthday celebrations go with a bang . I truly recommend this villa for a group of friends or family get together … the local beach is within walking distance … but be prepared for an uphill walk back to the villa … we had cars so it was never a problem .. local beach restaurants .. we favoured the beach club .. food was fresh and of good portions plus good vibes .. there is also a local convenience store by the beach bay that sells fresh pastries and baguettes daily … thank you Sebastian for being such a great host

Oscar and his family are great people!Ideal accommodation for families, freedom and privacy guaranteed. In fact, the Villa has several very nice and pleasant outdoor spaces: pool, an outdoor dining area sheltered from the sun. The Villa is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and has an oven and dishwasher, nothing is missing, you feel at home. There are air conditioners in almost all the rooms but we didn't use them because it was ventilated at night. Two new bathrooms and linen change twice in a week. Just a 5-minute walk takes you to the center of Es Pujol and the beach where the beach and free beach alternate. Indoor parking and barbecue available . Wonderful experience that we will certainly repeat! Thanks and thank you for everything!♥️

We had an excellent stay in Maria’s villa. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. The villa was very spacious and well laid out. Our stay was to visit family, but this villa would be an excellent choice as a base to explore the island. A Mercadona supermarket a short drive away was a bonus.

The perfect house for our family! An old farm renovated with a lot of taste, in a beautiful landscape. Very clean, and well equipped. The right choice to enjoy calm, amazing views, birds singing and a nice swimming pool… while conveniently located in the middle of the island, making it easy for us to move around! A huge thanks to our hosts for the warm welcome and farewell…

The Villa is exactly as described and photographed 📸. The views are stunning and plenty of areas to sit for coffees/drinks/meals throughout the day. The drive up to the house is steep, something to be mindful for the elderly/disabled/young. I would recommend hiring a car to make the most of the amazing location (plenty of secluded coves/beaches only accessible by car). There is also a fantastic roof terrace (ideal for yoga!) but currently no furniture for this area. lovely open dinning/livingroom space with lovely wide doors leading out to the stunning view where the sun sets!🌅 I would highly recommend this gorgeous Villa - it felt like home for the week 🏡❤️

We stayed at Simon’s place for 2 weeks and we really enjoyed. It is very spacious,even more spacious than in the pictures,very clean and equipped with all necessary modern amenities. The view from the terrace towards the Ibiza nature and the golf field is really amazing. We are very thankful to Simon that he allowed us to stay with our dog, our dog really enjoyed the house and especially the big terrace which became her favourite place. :) The communication with Simon was very easy and he was always reachable. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Everything was perfect. It felt very personal yet private, so very much as “home”. We could walk over to the beach with our little girl (5m) in 15 min and cook dinner and build a nice fire in the evenings. The view and the sunsets are amazing from this place up the hills. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful location and tranquility. Everything was very tidy and the pool was great! We were very impressed. Maria and her husband and her son were very friendly.

Generally loved our stay, the house was great and had lots of nice features. A few bits and bobs however that could be made easier but all in all we were really happy and would love to return!

Beautiful House! Amazing host!! Such a wonderful place to rest and unwind! Peaceful surroundings and a short walk to San Jose which has everything you need. Absolutely loved our stay!!
