Such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Porta Pollensa is a wonderful town with beautiful white sand beaches and aqua seas. There are lots of lovely shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is situated so close to it all that you can easily walk everywhere but it’s just out of reach of all the noise and bustle. It’s right by the sea but not overlooked. It is a large apartment with air conditioning. Very clean and Antonia was a friendly and helpful host.

We felt right at home. Everything is lovingly decorated, there are lots of extras and amenities in the apartment. The apartment has a great location with the double sea view and it was very quiet there.

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

We had a fantastic stay at Dimi’s apartment! The place was exactly what we were looking for—comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Parking in the area is possible if you're willing to walk about 5 minutes. The kitchen was functional, though cooking for five could be a bit challenging at times—some larger pans would be a great addition. That said, we managed well and thoroughly enjoyed our time there with our children. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this apartment to others. I want to thank Maria for all the good things she has prepared for us ( toast, jams, vegetables, fruits etc.) and for her kindness . When we arrived Maria explained in detail what road to take to access the private parking. The apartment is a little wonder that we don't see often. Everything was convenient, the 2 separate bathrooms, the comfortable beds, the cleanliness of the place exceptional. The round window that is the light source does not go unnoticed for walkers who marvel at it. The balcony is ideal, the sunrise magical. Two sun loungers and beach games are an attraction to spend time at the beach. Beach towels available and that's a big plus. We had a lovely holiday visiting Cap de Formonetor, Palma de Mallorca, Alcúdia and its market and restaurants nearby. What's more, a huge THANK YOU to Maria . Happy hosting😀😀

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

We had the best time here! Tatiana was an amazing host; very responsive and kind with lots of recommendations for the area. The apartment was pristine and in a great location; we were able to walk to most places. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in downtown Palma!

We had a great vacation in Maria's beautiful house. It was perfect for our family of four. The house is well designed and cared for. The hosts provide lots of extra activities, including a ping pong table, bicycles, kayak, etc. The house is located right on the water and you can walk out the back door and enjoy a beautiful view of the harbor. The hosts are very friendly and provide excellent instructions. They are easy to communicate with and it was a great experience.

We had a great holiday together with our family in the Villa!! We have completely relaxed in the house and the lovely luxury garden with swimming pool. The location was perfect, not too far from attractions. The sea was a 2-minute drive away, we enjoyed this!! The presence of plenty of towels and swimming towels was also great. I recommend this villa to everyone!!

We felt very, very comfortable in the house. It was quick to get to the beach. House was clean and cozy.

Carmen’s house is so special! We were a few girls staying in the off-season and it went far beyond our expectations. It was so nice to stay in a house that felt authentic, …we would love to come back :) The town is an also a great stay for a relaxed environment!

Superb - beautiful location, peaceful, great views, small safe swimming beach. Lounge area small but comfortable, small kitchen with no oven but otherwise well equipped.

The place is even much better than in than in the pictures. It is spacious and comfortable with magnificent and truly spectacular views. Once you are there you don’t feel like going away! It is perfectly situated. Cristian is a great host, very helpful and gave us nice recommendations about the surrounding and also about some practical issues. We will definitely come back again.

The apartment is in the best location in Cala D'or. 4 large bedrooms, large living and dining room, beautiful balcony and very large roof terrace. There are things for the beach such as pool noodles, air mattress etc. from past tenants. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. We were welcomed with a small basket of bread etc. We felt so comfortable in the apartment. Have never had such a beautiful view. In the immediate vicinity is the lively Cala D'or neighborhood with shops, restaurants, children's park with small attractions. The apartment is very clean. You have parking on the property of the residential complex. In front of the apartment you are directly on the cliffs of Cala Ferrera. You can go straight into the water from the cliffs. Shared pool available. Coffee machine is from Nespresso Dolce Gusto. Towels in the bathrooms for showering are sufficiently available. All in all, a top accommodation!

A stunning apartment, fully equipped for our needs. A lovely bottle of wine on arrival with plenty of water and other goodies. We all loved the location, the apartment had everything we needed, and we had stunning views across the port. Would highly recommend! Lluis was a great host, reponsive and welcoming. A beautiful apartment with high-quality furnishings that make you feel right at home. Everything is available and the technical equipment is top. I have had a good solo trip to Alcudia staying at Luis place. The apartment is in an area tucked away that is next to beautiful scenery. The supermarket nearby, Colber, is great by the way (coffee / pastries / service etc). But the apartment really was lovely - clean and had all the amenities described. Luis was a great host always keeping me informed and replying straight away if I had a query. Thank you for having me Luis and I will be back:)

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Diana’s accommodation. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. I can highly recommend this place!

A really nice apartment, we felt very comfortable! The contact in advance was great, everything was well described and the apartment is very well equipped. The place is little busy in the low season, yet we found two nice restaurants and it's less than a five minute walk to the beach.
