Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood just about a 5-minute walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can perfectly escape through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental the most important thing at the end!!........ that's of course The hostess :-). Loredana!! She is an amazing host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen.. how confidently and warmly she responded was already exceptional ... Grazie Loredana

The stay at Serenella's was great. The apartment is located directly on the sea and you can enjoy an incredible sunrise. The communication was very warm and Serenella was very accommodating. The place is highly recommended.

We had beautiful days in Cala Gonone. The apartment is clean, bright and everything needed on site! The three of us have enough space and small terrace as well as parking in front of the house. Great value for the money, we recommend it!

This place was just great for our weekly stay in Santa Maria Navarese, kids really loved this small spot upstairs from living room. Minimalistic and unified design makes the apartment kind of unique. This shelf in the living room was really great for working and have coffee or beer on the terrace with see view was always nice. Of course there are some cones, but not major ones. Bathroom seems to be fairy older than the appartment - my rating 3/5. Internet speed is ok for work just in the morning (20/10Mbps). In the evenings it was so slow, that I rather used 5G (Windtre operator) with good speed.

Mario is very nice and takes care of everything. We were allowed to harvest the remnants of the summer from the vegetable garden. Orosei is a beautiful town and the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Loved my stay at this beautiful Villetta at Porto Frailis! Very peaceful base for my island explorations - I always treasured my relaxing evenings there after days filled with adventures. Lorenzo‘s dad Tony is also super friendly and helpful and gave me heaps of great tips for outdoor activities (my main objective when traveling). Grazie Mille for providing a home away from home 🙏🏽

Really cool place with the beautiful pool... mountain views... and right across from a beach. Plus, if you rent a car, so much within driving distance to see. If you're there in the off season, could be too quiet and you have to drive for shopping.

Our stay at this place was just fantastic! The apartment was excellent and exactly as described in the pictures. Everything was clean, modern, and well equipped. The location was right on the beach and nice and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the magnificent service on site. Our host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. He gave us valuable tips on local attractions and restaurants that made our stay even more memorable. The property itself offered everything you need for a perfect vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and the living room cozy and welcoming, the pool clean and refreshing. We felt like at home from the first moment. I can fully recommend this place and look forward to our next stay. It was truly a perfect vacation!

Our stay at this wonderful property in Arbatax was perfect! The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of six, with plenty of room to enjoy home-cooked meals. We were just moments away from a beautiful beach, fantastic restaurants, and gelato, plus an easy hike up to a historic tower with breathtaking views. The location was also ideal for beach-hopping—just a short drive to the port, where we took a ferry for €40 per person to explore world-famous beaches like Cala Mariolu and Baunei. It was an unforgettable experience, and we truly enjoyed every moment!

Lovely place and neighborhood. Easy parking. Apartment felt bigger in real life compared to pictures. Big plus with an additional outside shower to avoid bringing in sand from the beach. Friendly and helpful host. Can definitely recommend!

The complex with the six apartments is really super quiet and well equipped. The pool is very large and clean. The surroundings are relatively quiet. A few minutes drive away, however, it has great beaches and shopping. we can recommend the complex

Very well cleaned apartment on the second floor of a villa located in the pine forest with a garden equipped with 2 hammocks, wooden tables and benches and benches well protected from the sun. BBQ and outdoor masonry oven and also an outdoor washing machine and 2 showers. Bed linens, bathroom, and kitchen in perfect condition. Car parking possible in the pine forest or even on the property. Access to the sea a few minutes away by foot at a comfortable and pretty cove with transparent sea. We had a great stay thanks also to the owner, Mrs. Gesuina and her children who were thoughtful and helpful. Thank you Silvia

Tito's place was positioned right on a beach, close to lots of beautiful spots for swimming and hiking. We went in November so we unfortunately a lot of restaurants were closed but we made use of the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

Lory and her husband are wonderful hosts who care for their house with a lot of heart. They live right in the apartment upstairs and are always concerned for the well-being of their guests. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. The decor is convenient, it has everything you need. You feel right at home in the apartment. The garden is huge, lovingly maintained and divided into various areas. One part is available for the guests, the other area can be shared with the hosts. However, during our stay, we were practically always alone in the garden. A garden gate leads directly to the beach through a small pine forest. The small bay almost feels like a private beach and was never crowded during our stay. Other, slightly larger beaches are reachable in a few minutes' walk. In the village, there are various restaurants in the village For shopping you have to drive 5 minutes by car. For us, the stay was a dream.

the gem of this apartment is its almost private beach, just 50 m from the doorstep. you can shower in the garden. the hosts are very nice. in the off season they do not live on the spot but are very responsive. we had a really good week with our family

We spent two nights at this place. We especially liked that a lot is within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately it was rainy so we were never in the lounge or in the garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen we found almost everything, with olive oil, Nicola helped us😊. Thank you

Beautifully located accommodation. The bay of Cala Lieberotto is picturesque and is often more wind-protected than the terrace. The short distance to the beach is super. Umbrellas and beach chairs. Great shower in the garden when you come back from the beach. The apartment is very clean and everything works. Only the cooking stove is a bit outdated and we had a breakdown of it. But it was immediately restored. Thank you. We recommend this place and would book again immediately. PS. The Gelateria Kira be sure to eat ice cream. Great varieties with very good aroma. Also recommended to snorkel. The underwater world is very picturesque and there are also some swarms of fish.
