Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area just a short walk from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Nice apartment less than 5 minutes on foot from the historic center completely isolated from noise. Beautiful view on part of the Maddalenino Archipelago. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, covered private parking. The apartment is on the second and last floor of a small building of only 6 units.
