Very clean and well-maintained accommodation. It's nice to have a small exterior. Close to the center, about 15min walk.

This place is in a fantastic location in the old town, easily walkable to lots of sites, but still mostly quiet. Fabrice kindly let us check in early and there was great communication. The washer and dryer were also super useful, and there was even a clothes drying rack. It was pretty clean but not excellent - a few hairs in the shower, some grit on the floor. But the bed and towels were perfectly clean, which is important. If you're sharing the space with more than one couple, you should be aware that the one toilet is downstairs by the front door (with no dedicated sink - you have to use the kitchen sink to wash hands), and the only shower and sink with vanity are in the upstairs bedroom.

Extended weekend at Rebecca and Nicolas' in a relaxing setting and a very nice villa. Rebecca is attentive to requests that are made and is very accommodating. Nicolas was available on site to give us local tips. A big thank you to them and a crazy desire to come back!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous backyard! Comfortable bed and great bathroom. Easy walk to town but you have to walk on a fairly large street with no sidewalks to get into St. Remy. It was a little complicated to get into the home but the instructions were very clear. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

We stayed for 1 weeks in this accommodation in Le Pontet which is well located for visiting the surroundings of Avignon. The listing matches the description (nothing missing) The neighborhood is quiet. The car is a must as the shops are not close. Hélène is attentive and extremely helpful ( she did not hesitate to return us, at her expense, forgotten personal belongings) Hélène is attentive and discreet. The pool is a plus. Cécile offers a comfortable, well-appointed, pleasant studio that allowed us to fully enjoy our early fall stay. We easily communicated with her via the Airbnb platform. We recommend this listing, which we think is good value for money.

We spent a little week in the Roucas studio which is very pleasant to stay in. It has all the necessary amenities, and its location is ideal! A few minutes walk from the center of Saint Remy and great location for visiting the area. We did not try the pool because stay is out of season. We will gladly go back:)
