Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

I spent a weekend in this residence with my family from Friday to Sunday, but it deserves a longer stay. First of all, I must thank Marco for his hospitality, for his maximum availability and kindness. The place is fantastic and welcoming. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and quiet with various leisure possibilities. Great location to get to Venice and close to highway to other locations. If I have to enclose everything in a word, I would say excellent and highly recommended.

A very nice location with very many amenities for a good stay. There is enough room to put spools in this location. The living room and kitchen are in one room. There is a separate shower with toilet. On the second floor is a spacious bedroom with and sofa and TV. I loved the surrounding area. A very quiet and fun environment made this short trip a beautiful memory.

Super sweet woman with top reception. Very involved with her guests. Really what you are looking for old-fashioned at a b&b. Nice basket of fruit in the kitchen is ready. Good tips for restaurants in the area for breakfast and dinner. Apartment wonderfully spacious. Then you do Stefania and girlfriend ( who was so sweet to do all translations😁)

We stayed for 2 days in Vania's apartment. It has everything we needed, and our 3-year-old loved the garden. Easy to get in using key locker. The canal was right outside the door, and seeing Murano empty in the morning was amazing. Highly recommended! As others mentioned, entrance to the apartment is through the bedroom, but for us it wasn't a problem.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Best Airbnb Stay Ever (and have been to quite a few). I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The home is not only stunning but also incredibly well-equipped. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything for cooking (I find this hard to find), the bathrooms stunning, the bed was comfortable, the fireplace was the coziest and the yard…a peaceful haven! On top of that, the host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. If you’re looking for the best Airbnb experience, this is it! We’ll definitely be back.

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. Perfect. I would not look for another place to stay in Venice. Dimitri and Valentina were great hosts and the apartment exceeded all our expectations. We pre-arranged a boat transfer and got dropped off less than 200m from the apartment. On arrival Raoul checked us in and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants - our favourite was Al Vecio Maragon (pre-booking advised)! A great location, quiet but also incredibly close to the Rialto Bridge (5 minute walk), early in the morning you can visit the local bustling fish market (Peschiera Fratelli Da Vio), but I would also recommend Majer (Calle del Scaleter) for amazing croissants and coffee. The apartment itself was spotless and was very well equipped. The balcony was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring and catches the sun throughout the day! I will recommend this place to everyone, and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed the location … walkable from train and walkable to the center of town. Easy to get coffee in the morning and convenient markets for drinks and snacks in the flat. Amelia and her dog coffee greeted us warmly upon arrival. Flat is clean and comfortable.

Antonella is a great host! She made sure we had a pleasant stay by asking us several times how everything was going. She also gave us a tip to visit the local Castagna Featival. When we had questions, she always responded quickly! The apartment is very clean and looks lovely. It has lots of drawers where we could store our luggage. The kitchen is well equipped. You can see the sea from the balcony and walk to the beach which is just a few meters from the entrance. We went off season so everything was quiet as we expected. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to Antonella.

perfect couple of days tucked away at Francescas apartment. she is so responsive and helpful. great views from the terrace were especially special seeing the NYE fireworks. highly recommend.

This was a great stay, all thanks to Laura- we came to Venice to run the marathon, only to find that we absolutely had to pick up the race packs the day before our flight arrived. Laura went over to Mestre in her spare time and collected our packs and had them waiting for us at the property- without her excellent support, we would not have been able to run. This was indicative of the care and attention we recieved throughout our stay. Grazie mille, Laura!

Beautiful spot in the Rialto area of Venice. 10 mins walk to San Marco Square and most attractions. Plenty of restaurants right outside the apartment. Very centrally located. Apartment looked just as advertised and the view from the terrace was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more.

My family and I had such an amazing time in Venice! The apartment is so unique and feels like a different world. Everything is beautifully put together and the decor is truly inspiring. We had so many nooks to explore and I feel like the photos don’t even do the space any justice. It was ten times better than we were expecting! The palazzo, that this apartment is located in, feels like you’re stepping into history. It’s just amazing!! The views from the balcony are unparalleled. I have so many photos from all the sunsets we were able to see. Definitely hire a porter for your luggage if you’re hesitant or packed a big suitcase. My family and I managed to haul our stuff up but if I ever have the pleasure of visiting again, I wouldn’t think twice about hiring help. We truly had a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Olivia!!

The apartment is perfect, especially the big balcony with a view to the pool. There was everything needed for the family, all needed kitchen devices. Markus was very friendly and communicative, any questions were answered almost immediatelly. The position of the apartment is very good, about 5 minutes walking from the beach, but still in the quiet area.

Monica’s apartment is beautiful and well located. It was spotless when my friend and I arrived. Monica and her husband were incredibly helpful in coordinating our transpiration from the airport and to the train station. I would absolutely stay here again.
