Vacation rentals with breakfast in Byron Bay

Arriving late and finding the kitchen stocked with more than the bare essentials was an incredible first impression and set us up for an amazing holiday. The property has absolutely everything that could be required in a home and we wanted for nothing. The location was brilliant, only a short walk to all the shops, beach and lagoon. To note is that neither of the two beautifully appointed bathrooms are en-suite but this did not impact us. Thanks for sharing your magnificent house!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Three ensuites was great for a mixed group and post beach showers. The property is beautifully furnished and fully airconditioned and set in lovely garden. We appreciated the well stocked pantry with all the basics and a giant fruit bowl on arrival. Coffee machine was also a blessing. Great to have enough space for everyone to do their thing.

Super convenient with covered parking right at the door. Quiet and comfy space. Great shower with very good pressure. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and a few handy food items. Relaxed and helpful host gave us plenty of privacy. Nothing bad to say!

Had a great time in this place. Kathryn's home was clean and very welcoming. It was also close to shops and we were grateful for the tips/details of local things to do. We stayed for Splendour in the Grass and this home was a great location. Definitely recommend!!

A Perfect Holiday Getaway for Our Family Reunion. We had the pleasure of staying at the exceptional Chesson Lodge over Christmas for a much-anticipated family reunion, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the thoughtfully decorated space. Every detail of the Lodge reflected care and attention, making it a truly luxurious retreat. The highlight for everyone was undoubtedly the stunning swimming pool, it became the hub of our family gathering. We can’t recommend this property highly enough, it made our Christmas truly unforgettable.

This is a lovely place to stay in a handy and safe location. It was just as described and had everything we needed. Sarah was a very accommodating and responsive host.

Beautiful location, close to the wedding venue so ultra handy, catered for 5 of us easily, spacious, well appointed and exactly what we were looking for. Nice touches with some fresh produce on arrival. Would stay there again and recommend to others

Nice little self contained living space very tidy and easy to find, the area has pretty bad mobile reception however the WiFi supplied was perfect definitely recommend

Great communication from Anne and really appreciated the extra provisions left for us. Lots of very thoughtful extras and lots of spare linen and towels. The apartment was spotlessly clean and lots of information and recommendations for the local area. The resort and the pool area are beautiful and there is secure parking.

A beautiful long-weekend spent by the beach. Travelling with a toddler has it's ups and downs, but Carol's place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The place has a big enough living area (toddler friendly), two separate bedrooms, functional kitchen and was a short cycling distance to everywhere we needed to go. The furniture has been updated since the photos and is much nicer. It is hard to find value for money while travelling these days but this place bucked the trend. I almost want to keep it our little secret! We would love to return!

My best friend and I, plus my two dachshunds stayed here on our road trip from Melbourne to the GC, and it was just the best. It was like having a sleepover at gran’s house. So comfortable, so homely and so welcoming. Truly something special. And SO close to the beach! Paula and Paul, you are wonderful people, we love you!

Adrienne was extremely lovely and welcoming. Arrived and gave us a tour of the gorgeous paradise. I had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. The location is peaceful and offers stunning views of the surrounding nature, making it a perfect escape from the city. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Was stocked with some treats and snacks which was very thoughtful. As well as, little notes around the place which helped put us at ease for making sure it was a smooth stay and we had all the information we needed. Definitely thought of everything. The hosts were fantastic very welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking for a serene getaway. We’ll definitely be back! 5 stars all the way! Thank you for making my birthday get away amazing and memorable.

Although we didn’t stay at David’s place due to the unit undergoing repairs, David did organise an alternative unit in the same complex. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The unit is in a great position and the complex is clean and well maintained

Amazing place! Emily was a great host left us check in early and also provided a trundle bed for my little sister to sleep! Really responsive and place was so private the common area was amazing along with the pool. In perfect location to beach, really couldn’t of had a better place to stay. Can’t wait to return to Byron and book this villa again! No faults whatsoever.

We had a lovely stay & the view, peace & quiet were wonderful. The studio was immaculate with quality linen & had every little comfort you needed. Nietta even contacted us before our stay & made sure the breakfast supplies she had for us were to our liking. The rolling green hills surrounding the property were stunning & we felt very privileged to be there & relaxed completely.

So quiet and relaxing and perfectly set up for a mini break. Lovely breakfast foods and fruit was a wonderful inclusion. Highly recommend! Loved the garden and birds and just a few metres from walking trails and lookouts.

Three of us spent one night at Robin's place. We loved the place and the wonderful beach. It was a last-minute booking. Robin was kind to accommodate us, let us check in early and also went out of her to way to organize lactose free milk for the breakfast. We enjoyed the room which was spacious enough to accommodate three of us. It was great talking to her, walking to the beach, go to the local restaurants and the Sunday market. A very nice experience for all of us.

Just like staying in a fairytale cottage. Extremely comfortable, lovely energy and beautifully decorated. Nestled in a very friendly, vibrant and artistic community. Wonderful cafe/restaurant right next door. Enjoyed my stay very much, I will be back for sure.

My partner and I only stay the night as a stop off on our trip. We had nothing with us as we had just gotten off the plane late at night and everything we needed was supplied. The place was super cute and we felt right at home 😊
