Vacation rentals with a patio in Butler Beach

Lauren's place worked out so well for my husband and myself. It is so close to the St. Augustine historical district, we walked everywhere. We utilized the kitchen, buying some things for breakfast. I would definitely recommend the unit, perfect for 2 people.

Great stay for 2 guests! Felt very at home! The courtyard was beautiful! Short walk to the forts and the restaurants! Would stay again for sure!

Liz was a very welcoming host with a beautiful place to stay. We were so comfortable and everything was superb. The bodega, taproom & food truck were also great. We enjoyed a nice few nights there.

We enjoyed our stop off in St. Augustine at Stan's place. It was nice, clean, and as it looks in the photos. We would stay here again especially in the off season. It was an easy walk to the sand and ocean. There were several places in easy walking distance.

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

My daughters and I stayed for 5 nights and it was great!. Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed, clean towels, beach towels, beach chairs. We enjoyed the walk to the old town so close and easy to get to. This by far was a 5 star for me and I would definitely go back.

Walkable to historic St Augustine, shopping and restaurants and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfect location with free parking and private patio. Lovely accommodations, new, spacious bathroom, very clean with basic amenities including tv, coffee machine, small refrigerator and freezer and air conditioning. Perfect for single person or couple.

Have already booked another stay with Kara. Love the location, the apartment, the amenities. Nice to have a TV that doesn't require me to bring services that I don't have in order to watch news, movies, etc. Extremely responsive host, very welcoming !!

We can’t say enough positive things about this experience! Three things that particularly stood out: - great location - close to everything but far enough away to escape - amazing quick communication - we used the screened in back with table and chairs a lot!

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

Tina was thoughtful and easy to work with. The space was impeccably clean, safe, very pleasant, had excellent amenities, and the location was outstanding. It truly felt like home. Thank you, Tina, for allowing us to stay there!

Absolutely fabulous! Super close to everything including the historic district and a great coffee shop around the corner (Cornerstone Cafe). Curb appeal is beautiful and there is beautiful greenery all through the house. The hot tub area is great. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms that are compact but well appointed. Front bedroom has a beautiful balcony that overlooks the street and there was ALWAYS a breeze. Made it perfect to sit on the front porch downstairs or upstairs. The only thing to know is the one full bath is only accessible from inside one of the bedrooms, it wasn’t an issue for a girls trip of besties, just something to be aware of (there’s a half bath downstairs). Overall 10/10 recommend staying here. Justin was great to work with, always prompt at answering questions and gave great advice on where we should hit up a beach (Anastasia State Park).

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

My husband, dog Stella and I had a wonderful months stay at Krysta‘s house. The house and yard were lovely as was the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood and met many nice folks. The location was also ideal to get to the old town and the beaches. The house was a wonderful size, a comfy master bedroom and nice kitchen. A perfect place for 4 but even with 6 it was worked! We enjoyed the house and the backyard a lot and the one minor issue we had was taken care of by Krysta immediately. I’d highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

We have three kids traveling to st Augustine. Gabriel's place is perfect for us .

Kimberly's place was excellent for our family! it's a great location walkable from downtown St. Augustine in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The rooms were all very comfortable and accommodating. Having baby family amenities like the pack and play, Disney+, and toddler plates/cups was a huge plus. The air conditioning worked well and was easily controllable. The building was quiet and accessible. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and pots/pans to actually cook if we wanted. we had a great time exploring shops and restaurants and taking daily trips to the beaches!

Place was well stocked with appliances and items needed for the stay. Would absolutely book again.

We had a great time at Kurt’s condo and loved the area! The updated kitchen was super cute and the decor was nice and updated. The complex had a great pool where we could sit on chillier days, and the beach was beautiful with plenty of space to sit, take walks, and hunt for shells. Wonderful restaurants all around the area, and the historic district of St Augustine was fun to explore!

This location had the perfect beach only steps from the condo. The area is serene T night and I slept with the windows open to listen to the waves.

We spent a great three weeks at this condo. We loved that we could bring our pet and that it was a dog friendly beach which was an easy walk from the condo. The heated pool was also a major plus and we swam in it almost daily. There are a ton of restaurants around that are either walkable or a short drive which was a major plus. The condo was spacious and well-appointed. We loved having a King sized bed and ensuite and then our guests had their own bathroom also. The washer and dryer in the unit were also of great benefit. Kristine was very easy and responsive and made check in and out super easy. We also loved St Augustine beach and restaurants and St Augustine downtown is a must do. All in all we had a great three weeks at this home away from home!

Nice unit with easy access to pool and beach. Glad we had a 3rd floor apt. Pictures made it look bigger than it was, but as described. Wish there was a queen bed in the master. All in all a good rental. We’d stay there again.

The condo was the perfect escape from the Canadian winter. The location was close to all the amenities that you would need. Gated community was very safe. Easy to get to off the I95. Easy drive to down town and old St Augustine. Would recommend to anybody. Corrie and Christa
