2022 newly built studio (approx. 35 m2, ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th century. Central location on Quartierstrasse, a few steps to the ski bus/post bus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center Scuol with shops, restaurants and the wellness pool "Bogn Engiadina". The cross-country skiing center and cross-country ski trail are also within walking distance. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The apartment is on the second floor of an in-house. The house is idyllic, away from the village on the Glitterberg (1250 meters altitude) in a very sunny location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The lake ski resort can be reached in 10 and Ischgl in 25 minutes by car. The apartment is particularly suitable for nature-loving people seeking peace and tranquility. Dogs are allowed. Parking space available.

Our youngest guests are also provided with children's toys , high chair, stair gate crib. The bus stop is 3 minutes' walk from the house. By car, you can reach the central station of the Flumserbergbahnen in 2 minutes or at the beautiful Walensee
