An excellent view and cozy cabin on a mountain. I chose this place because it was close by where my now fiancé grew up and the perfect place to propose. There was an issue with the HVAC system but Kevin got a technician out in under an hour to remedy the problem. Otherwise everything was as expected. we'll definitely be back since we have a great memory here now. Thanks.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The views of the lake from the large windows were breathtaking, and we enjoyed waking up to them every morning. The house itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Even though our stay was during the winter, we still enjoyed hanging out at the dock fishing and grilling out, which made the experience even more special. The host really made our stay even more wonderful — they were attentive, responsive to all our questions, and kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. We would love to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Several longtime friends and our wives have been getting together for New Year’s for the last 10 years. Seahaus is by far our favorite place yet. Beautiful house inside and out, quiet, peaceful, spacious and immaculate. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay anywhere near Nebo, NC - this is your place.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay! The cabin was very clean and looked like new. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

My friends and I went up there for a birthday getaway. It was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. It rained the whole weekend but we were still able to do things. We went to town and had Twin Brothers Pizza, which was amazing. We walked the shops on main and enjoyed them so much. The thrifting was also a lot of fun. Clean stores, free of clutter. All around great time. Our host had games and a fully stocked kitchen. Instructions were clear. It was a beautiful fun weekend.

We had a great time.. other than the internet not working/tv not working because it was Roku and needed the internet (the Host tried hard to help us fix it.) We went snowboarding at Beech Mountain and went to Linville falls Gorge wilderness area. We love Banner Elk so went into town for dinner 2 nights. We went hot tubbing after our daily activities. Their kitchen has anything you would need. The bathroom has a built in heater which was awesome for our hot showers on cold days-plenty of towels. Plenty of blankets.

Lovely spot nestled in the mountains just north of Morganton. The comfortable garage studio that was great for our family of 3 given the bunkbed setup for kids and beautifully decorated for the holidays, much to my young daughter's delight. Million dollar view from the swing/fire pit and 10 million dollar view when Ed drove us up to the viewpoint on the property. We had a great one night stay and would definitely come back again when in the area!
