We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Bumblebee was an excellent property. Ideal for my husband and I our 2 adult children and their partners .....not forgetting Dave the dog to have a family get together. The property was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of an enclosed garden, hot tub and outdoor cooking area was great. There were thoughtful additions such as a welcome pack and items for pets. The surroundings were peaceful. Can't recommend highly enough it is certainly somewhere we intend to return in the future.

Hope Cottage was the perfect base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. We spent 4 nights with our 2 children and had a wonderful holiday. We loved the hot tub and the wood burner as well as all the other essentials provided for a family break during a cold, wet, winter holiday! The cottage is not overlooked and wonderfully peaceful- a real feeling of quiet, space and calm. Amelia was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!!

It was perfect for a weekend away with two little boys. the hot tub, board games and great selection of TV channels kept them well occupied, and we managed to get some couple time in too as the place was organised with a bedroom and living space upstairs, so they could do their thing, while we did ours downstairs! Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a beautiful, clean and homely lodge Red Robin 5 was. Lovely little touches, flowers, pillow spray, slippers and dressing gowns. Hot tub was ready for us on arrival and the place smelt lovely. Super Airbnb in a very friendly village with lots of amenities - we’d highly recommend The Plough . Easy access into Lincoln city too with lots to explore. Property was immaculately clean and very well appointed . Louise has taken a lot of time in considering guests needs . Her communication prior and throughout was excellent and friendly . Property has private sunny courtyard with super hot tub - very welcome after long country walks .

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage, it's such a nice place to stay. There's so many games to play, movies to watch, aswell as the hot tub and a lovely garden. Kitchen is great when cooking for 5 people.

We had a little getaway from the Lake District for two nights. Great little cosy place in a great location, surrounded by walks and not far from the beach’s. We visited the local pud and had a great meal. Melanie was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas on what to do and where to visit. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

Our stay was lovely, the cottage was even better than shown in the images and very cosy - the place is beautifully furnished and very well set out. The paddock was well kept and our dog loved to have a run around in it. Communication from Camilla was perfect, quick to reply and very useful information given. The breakfast bits left were also a lovely touch, Thank you!!

Wow just wow. The cottage was just as described and more. We were welcomed with open arms. Accommodated to our arrival time. The cottage was lovely and warm, straight away we felt at home. A lovely card welcoming us with WiFi details, a welcome pack with information of local details including takeaways. The kitchen was fully equipped which also included fresh milk, bread, biscuits, butter, jam, water, tea, coffee and sugar etc. The location was peaceful with beautiful gardens. Situated within short distance of lovely beaches and towns. We really couldn’t recommend this cottage enough. Thank you Joanne and Glenn for being fantastic hosts.

A beautiful cottage with lots of space for 3 adults and 2 dogs. Location was perfect with shops, pubs and food places close by, and Heacham beach was easily reached after a short walk through a neighbouring field. The cottage itself was well presented with everything you need for a short break away. Communication was excellent and Rachel's knowledge of the area made our stay even more enjoyable. It was my dogs first trip to the beach and they loved every minute of it. We will definitely be back.

The cottage is a fantastic retreat in a great location with easy access to the Norfolk coast. The village has great cafes and pubs. The cottage is fully equipped, lovingly decorated and the welcome pack and goodies were a lovely surprise! Fiona was a great, attentive host. I would highly recommend.

Really lovely cottage. Fantastic location 2 minutes from the high street, 5 minutes from the beach. Off street parking. Comfy beds, super clean, recently redecorated which was noticeable.

Mollys Cottage was an absolute pleasure to visit. We arrived after a long trip due to traffic and was welcomed by Linda and instantly made to feel welcome. When we entered the cottage was very clean and everything we needed was available. We was greeted with fresh eggs from the chicken coop along with tea & coffee, fresh milk and the biscuits was a great added gift. Local to everything you need and far enough away should you want peace and space. Amber communicated everything we needed for check in and responded rapidly to any questions we had. Looking forward to our next visit in 2026 as we attend the Skegness Rugby Tournament with my young team. UTB 💚 Thank You Amber

Absolutely fantastic stay, the house was so clean and peaceful. Was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see many wildlife or stars as it was cloudy, but nonetheless was a beautiful stay for a couple like us who love nature and animals. Loved that we were provided with milk, coffee, tea and biscuits. Jessica greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived and explained everything to us including recommending places that are local, a friendly guestbook is available at the house which tells you all the details of local places - that was a godsend. Thank you so much would definitely stay here again 😊

We had a lovely stay here at Easter time. The cottage was cosy and clean, and the kitchen fully equipped to prepare all of our meals. We stayed with our 18 month old, so also loved the stair gate, high chair and big bonus of the recreation ground and play area in the field behind the cottage, we were there every day! Location was great for day trips, and the general store had everything you could need (and more!).

This was our second visit to this fabulous cottage and it was just as good the second time around. It is so well equipped and peaceful and easy to access a wide range of places from. Comfy beds, very clean throughout and a very helpful and responsive host. Definitely recommend

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

A wonderful bank holiday weekend spent at Curlew Cottage! Beautifully decorated and very cosy, the cottage is within walking distance of Heacham North and South beach, a Tesco express and a few different places to eat... fish & chips, takeaways etc. There is also a Lidl a 3 minute drive away. Sarah was very helpful and quick to reply to messages. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs, and Sarah made us feel right at home with a welcome basket and provided a dog bed and treats. The kitchen has everything you need, just watch out for the ceiling if you are tall! Upstairs the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom feels luxurious and modern with a bathtub and separate walk in shower. We would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Sarah.

Absolutely stunning place to stay unique and beautiful cottage very spacious , warm and beautifully presented - cosy and really peaceful - really comfortable beds - would definitely stay again -very friendly and welcoming Host -had everything you needed for a comfortable stay with a very well equipped kitchen too

We spent a very happy few days here, blessed with beautiful sunshine. We enjoyed some lovely gentle walks with our toddler and elderly dogs. The house feels like home, with lots of comfy seating, and much to admire in the basketry, pottery and paintings throughout the house. The kitchen is well stocked with pans etc to cook for a family. The dogs were welcomed and had the free run of the garden. The pub next door is handy for a drink and emergency produce from their little shop. Jade and Hannah were extremely friendly but not at all intrusive - ideal hosts. Would we stay again? I think we probably would!
