Everyone who is looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

We are happy that you are interested in our beautiful 68m² apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, so that you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes on foot, for example. Nearby there is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can walk around in about 2h-2,5h with a nice walk in nature. Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Spacious, quiet, summerhouse perfect for relaxing inside and out. Large garden with a cosy greenhouse for warmth and 'hygge' on rainy days. Perfect for long walks directly from the door, where you're very likely to see deer, hare, pheasants and squirrels. The local beach is c. 500m walk, quiet, and not overpopulated during the summer months. The house is useable all year around as there is heating in every room. Bed linen and towels included. Not for rent to youth groups.
