The outside deck offers views over the surrounding neighbourhood and paddocks with beautiful sunsets on the right night. Perfect escape in the country! This cottage is in the back of the owner's place and totally independent. Enjoy the fantastic location this "love shack" is set in - explore the area, see lots of wildlife and take a break from the city! Set on the edge of a national park, there are lots of walks & bike riding trails around. You are welcome to pat, feed and play with the horses. There are also push bikes and fishing rods you can use.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or groups. 4 bedrooms 1 x king 1 x queen / office desk 1 x queen 1 x triple bunk (double on bottom, single on top - top kids only - 100kg max) Master with newly renovated ensuite. Pool and bbq Please note the pool is not heated. It has solar heating but with Ballarat’s colder overnight temperatures don’t expect it to be toastie warm outside of summer.
