We enjoyed our stay!

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

The Host was very accomodating and friendly. For people who are new to Pico de Loro, this is a private membership resort. So all visitors(non-members) must pay extra an adult fee of 1500 pesos per head to enter the resort and use its facilities. Seniors and minors have lower fees. It would be helpful if you include a note or link to disclose these additional fees. For the total cost including those added fees, well you may as well be better off in another beach resort. It's a good place but just saying be prepared to spend.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and homey. Super responsive din sa inquiries ng host. Siguro napansin ko lang is walang mga knife, scissors, and spatulas for cooking kaya we had to improvise and buti may dala rin kami. But besides that, super ganda ng place! We will definitely book again.

Our host was so kind and attentive. Lahat ng needs namin Bago pa dumating sa venue, naihanda, inasikaso talaga nila! 💯💯💯 Beyond the venue and amenities, they accommodated all our requests and simply made our stay at Moja's resort simply memorable. Best for groups with kids! It was the best playdate and sleepover for our kids ever! We would also like to commend the guest attendant Kuya RJ: very attentive, Ang liksi kumilos! Simply made our stay at Moja's resort super convenient. thank you Moja's! til our next visit!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Fernandez. The place is so clean and organized; everything was provided for- fresh and clean towels, clean beddings, clean toilets and bathrooms, air-conditioned bedrooms, pristine kitchen, high-end stove, fridge, kitchen and dining utensils. The pool was so clean and lovelier at night because of the night lights. The caretaker-Kuya Rolan was so helpful and attentive. He looked after our stuff when we went to the beach. I am highly recommending this place.

We had a great time at Villa Solana. The kitchen is fully equipped and clean. The villa has large bedrooms and comfortables beds. They provide lots of pillows, blankets, towels, and everything you will need to have a comfortable homey stay. Keith was very friendly and accommodating with our requests and the caretakers were kind, helpful, and attentive. The only issue we encountered was the water leak in the kitchen which made cleaning tedious. They also provided lots of activities. We definitely enjoyed the pool, the billiard table, the bonfire, the beach, and the karaoke. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the place to family and friends. :)

My stay at this unit was fantastic! The unit itself was amazing, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by how well-equipped it was – everything we needed was provided. The views were absolutely stunning, and the caretaker was incredibly reliable and helpful. Plus, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. A truly wonderful experience!

I enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was just right for the price. We enjoyed the internet WIFI and Nextflix. For future visitors, please note that you have to bring your own drinking water, toiletries, and bath towels. The pool and other amenities also come with a price. Still, thank you for hosting!

It was a great stay at Ms. Ariza’s place! My family really enjoyed, we’re also able to cook our food there. The unit is so clean and spacious, and also the smell is so pleasant and relaxing that we felt like we wanna stay longer.

sir aris's place was really good and the best ay yung sound system nya. It feels like home rin. The only problem that we had was the ilaw in the kitchen area but sir aris help us to fix the situation naman and he's very responsive naman. Suggetion lang na pede sigurong palitan ung style ng ilaw na yellow to something na medyo light. Yun lang in over all 10/10 talaga. Recommended sya especially kapag new year dahil sa city view feels

It was our First Staycation this year and Ms. Lynne and Ate Liza were kind, so professional and they are responsive. Although the guards were super strict, which i find is good kasi alam nyong safe talaga kayo sa place. The Unit 11/10, My family complimented everything from bathroom to balcony, They/We literally enjoyed our Stay. I'll definitely book this place again.

Beautiful house, great for big families, peaceful beach views, and wonderful staff. This house exceeded our expectations for a short break to celebrate our father’s 91st birthday. Very classy industrial designed house in a rustic environment. The host was very responsive and helpful. Maribel and the rest of the assigned staff was there to help us with our kitchen needs. Included breakfast, puto snacks, and coconut drinks were wonderful add ons! We just wished the internet was better since that was a working break for us. But I understand owners will be shifting to Starlink soon. We will be back!

The place was as it was described, the host was super helpful. Anything we needed during the stay the caretakers were there to assist, laundry, groceries, guys delivery and so on was always promptly done.

Great place and very responsive and friendly host. The caretaker, Ms Vicky, took good care of my stay and she was very prompt in answering my questions. She was also very responsible. Since I worked in the neighborhood, the location was great for me. Walking distance to work, plus a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan (a big mall for all your needs). The host is also very generous - won't give details on what she offered me, but ask and you may receive. Perhaps one thing to say is that if you are a light sleeper, the place can be a little loud at times. The building is next to a busy express way. But, you get used to it. All the other perks compensated for that. Great experience and will definitely consider this place when I return.

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!
