Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Lakefront home! Located in the Lake Almanor West. The house sits off the road, to offer privacy. The views and outside seating are absolutely stunning! There is so much to do in the area that you'll never be bored. Swimming, boating, hiking at Lassen Volcanic Park...the list goes on and on! Relax, replenish, & rejuvenate, on the West Shore! (The water level is low, and property does not have a dock. there is a boat launch just down the road)

Lake house décor. Super fun getaway for family and friends. Oroville lake and Feather River are minutes away. Great for fisherman, boaters, hikers and kayaking. Oroville has something for every season. During the Fall Oroville salmon festival is held and the hatchery is open for viewing. Winter Feather falls and Phantom falls are flowing. Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
