Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Sägemühle Eschachthal apartment, Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill, before drowning in the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved, in particular, by the refurbished visible beams. The house is located at 900m altitude, the climate is therefore somewhat rougher, in the summer yet very sunny. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer, is special.

We rent out our beautiful “Waldhäusschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with a forest panorama, you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The creek is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing sound and lapping can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones... including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is 5 minutes to the Basilica of St. Lorenz. There's the beautiful weekly there twice a week, Wed. and Sat, the beautiful weekly market. Here is also the residence of former monastery and today's dish with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten center also begins with its pedestrian zone and shopping metro of the Allgäu.

Our house is quietly located in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment can accommodate 2 – 4 people and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Shopping is very close. Infants also cost us 5€ per night. This fee is additionally due upon a reservation and will be charged by us by changing the reservation.
