Very nice detached house villa with chic indoor pool. Everything is great, highly recommend !

For our three children, this trip was a surprise. We were looking for a house in a beautiful area with a large garden and a pool. Lea's house fulfilled our requests 100%. The house has everything you need. We felt right at home. The garden is just wonderful. Plenty of space. The entire complex is well maintained. The house itself has plenty of room for a family of 5. We also had our beloved 16-year-old dachshund with us. We did not want to end our holiday at all. If you are looking for a cozy vacation, we recommend Lea's house. A very cozy place where we felt very private.

We felt very comfortable:-) The apartment was well equipped, very clean and maintained. The children were very happy about the available toys and actually didn't want to leave the house at all. We had also chosen the apartment from the point of view "family friendly" and were very happy with all the amenities :-) We will be happy to come back.

We booked the accommodation at short notice, but Marion contacted us personally and discussed everything in advance. She is very nice and friendly. Resolved all unforeseen local issues as quickly as possible to our satisfaction. It is a very nice property, you feel like in a small castle. My favorite was the large tiled stove in the dining area. She lives in the yard and has 2 lovely dogs. Ideal retreat from the big city for a weekend getaway whether with or without children, or a large group, because right next door is still a house at your disposal. By arrangement, Marion also prepares breakfast (for a fee). On site directly is the restaurant "zum Jonny " where we could not get a table at short notice, so definitely reserve as early as possible. We ate very tasty in the Michelstadt.

Gaby is a phenomenal hostess. She lives close by and made sure that we were comfortable. She noticed that there was no steam from our outside exhaust vent and contacted us that the heat may be out. It was and our hot water was also affected. She fixed the problem before there was any discomfort and we didn’t even realize that there was an issue. She was also nice enough to bring her dogs by so we could visit with them and love on them. The home is charming and quiet. We visited in the winter so we didn’t use the pool but my wife and I loved the jacuzzi tub and used it nightly! There were many board games to choose from and a smart TV if we just wanted to relax at night. We didn’t see a bahnhof (train stop) in town and the nearest grocery store is in Rothenburg, about 5KM away. So you’ll need a car. I think there is a guesthaus down the road with a restaurant but your choices are very limited in the village. There are also many stairs so the house is not ADA compliant.

This is really great place to stay - you would not say so seeing the property from outside - but it is really superb. In the middle of historical part of city, restaurants literally few steps, but as well like 50m from river bank with long promenade / cycling path and what surprised me - really close to town center, but still super quiet at night. Inside, the house is very modern and loads of equipment - we enjoyed the pool, wellness area, multiple outdoor sitting spaces and great living room with kitchen. Heiko is very welcomming and was a great host.... when I will have the possibility, I will book again for sure.

The country house is located in a small place. It was very quiet and the beautiful furnishings made you feel right at home. Beds are very comfortable and the large rain shower is definitely a highlight. We came with two cars and were able to park comfortably right outside the door in the yard. For day trips in the region, this accommodation is perfectly located between Aschaffenburg and Würzburg. For hiking, you can just walk out the door and immediately stand in the countryside. Katharina is a very nice host who was always available for us. Thank you for your hospitality!

The place is great - clean, cozily furnished and great views of the valley. I felt very comfortable. In addition, you are in a few steps in nature, perfect if you are looking for a quiet place.

Our fitters felt very comfortable. Monika was always easily accessible and a late checkout was not an issue. We will be happy to come back.

my employees have been to Michael's place before - and every time it was extremely straightforward and the cleanliness tiptop! Communication couldn't be better, we will definitely book with him again.

The cottage is in a beautiful location in the middle of nature, at the end of a little inhabited road that leads up into the forest. There are very nice paths and views and valley, it is very quiet and just very calming to look out the window and only see nature. Inside it is very cozily furnished and everything we needed was already there, even the basics for washing and cooking. The shower is so great and the beds very cozy, I slept incredibly peacefully there. Dominique was responsive to all questions and always very friendly and accommodating. The underfloor heating was the candy and the landscape balm for the soul. I think we will be back, it was just a fantastic getaway, with everything our heart desired.

Bea & Tobi's small and very nice apartment is highly recommended. Great decor, thought of everything and handed over very clean. The location right by the stove is perfect, by bike from Ödheim there are many great routes. I would fully return. Thanks to you 2!

The place is furnished with a lot of love for detail, very cozy. We felt comfortable right away. The grounds are even nicer than in the photos and offers many possibilities. Brunhilde was very welcoming. Unfortunately, the place is difficult to reach by public transport, which was the only downside. Highly recommend overall.

It was a wonderful homey experience. The available amenities were very accommodating and made the stay that much easier. It was nice being able to get up early to watch the sunrise over the backyard garden. And was a nice central place to be able to explore the small towns all around!

Katharina's place was well laid out and the kitchen very well equipped. The connection to Darmstadt was easy and nearby highways within easy reach. Katharina was quick to respond to questions. We felt very comfortable and would love to rent it again and again.

We booked this accommodation as part of a business trip for 3 of our employees. On several occasions we had to change the booking and extend it because the job was prolonged. Each time, Carmen responded on time, and each time she accepted our request. Our employees did not report any negative points, so we consider that everything was OK.

Beautiful Airbnb. There is nothing to complain about. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated, nothing is missing. Katja, the host, is very friendly and accommodating and responds to requests within a few minutes. Feel free to come back anytime!

Beautiful house with plenty of space, nice quiet environment for many walks and hikes. In the house there is absolutely everything you could need for long stays; it is totally cozy and also nice and warm in winter. Even with larger groups there are plenty of retreats, you don't squat in this house! Super great also the washer with dryer, super convenient if you have a toddler with you. 😉 We definitely recommend the place and will definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable with Jochen and Claudia. The back house has a special charm, especially the view of the garden and the lovingly sought-after furnishings. We lacked nothing. Many things are within walking distance: park, swimming pool, supermarket, restaurants, cafe, tram.... It couldn't have been better for us; communication was warm and you felt well taken care of at all times. It was relaxing days. We'd love to come back.

We had an unforgettable weekend as part of a JGA. The place and especially the outdoor area were just perfect for us as a group. The place is almost magical. The house was well laid out, the two bathrooms and everything very clean!Communication worked great and Katharina was always helpful and available. We will be happy to come back!
