Apartament high RDC, easy access also for peuple with reduced mobility. A short or long stays,view of the park with lake, near the Lake Park shopping center, near the metro pharmacy, post office and 10 minutes from downtown. The big livingroom is totally separate from the bedroom by a small hall ( and has its own door) that makes it easier for sleeping in both rooms without disturbing, with a dinning area and a bathroom. (WIFI+ Air-conditioning ) .
